Great Staff, Great Location - Consistently!
Have stayed here multiple times. The staff is super friendly and helpful - the front desk, breakfast room and bar staff! All are great. Awesome location right along the Arno and short walking distances to all the top spots. Still has the old world charm. Very clean, daily room cleaning. Laundry service great too. No English language TV news channels, so if that is important to you, you won't get it here. For me, the break is a good thing. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location overlooking the river and famous bridges. Real windows that open for taking in the sites and sounds. Close to the major museums. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The bartender even made a food order for me although it was after hours. From check in to putting me in a taxi to the airport, everyone was wonderful. Property was beautiful and well-maintained.

Outstanding!!! Absolutely beautiful, and perfect location!!! The staff was beyond helpful. Our room had the most amazing views, and is within 15 minutes walking distance of everything!!! The perfect place to enjoy Florence, day and night!!! Highly recommend it.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. When I needed an extra blanket, it was provided. At breakfast, my name was presented on my cappuccino. They took care of my being able to see the Statue of David. The furnishings were lovely and comfortable.

Pros: The hotel was located right by the water and was within walking distance to all the major landmarks in Florence. I loved the decor of the lobby, outdoor patio and my room. The bed was comfortable and the AC was great for the middle of August in Italy! Cons: the hose to the shower head was broken so water sprayed a bit in unexpected directions, but overall this didn’t matter too much. The complimentary croissants and espresso in the morning were pretty bad. They provided shampoo but no conditioner in my bathroom.

If you are looking for modern, this might not be the place to stay. But if you were looking for charm and authentic Florence, this is definitely a great choice. From the moment I entered by myself and stayed I had nothing but exceptional service and a wonderful experience I cannot wait to return again, because it immediately felt like home

I was given a room with a broken A/C. They definitely new about it, but still gabe me the room. When I complained, they had no other room available and had fans at hand. It was very hot and humid. They should have taken the room out of their inventory. I though they we going to give me a rate break, but didn't. I chose a high rate hotel to make sure I had a comfortable stay. So, I was very disappointed.
