Our room was beautiful but when we took a shower, the drain was clogged and flooded the whole bathroom. When we called the front desk, they weren’t surprised and said oh yes the shower in that room does flood. We will bring you some towels. They should have notified us when we checked in.

Very excellent stay.

Very professional and helpful staff. They offered great insight on where to go and how to get there. This hotel was a big surprise to me, by US standards this would be ultra-luxury. Why? The included breakfast was worth $50 a head if it was US, excellent, fresh fruit, very good coffee options (many), Italian-style treats from hard cheeses, cured meats, olives, various pastries. If I return to Florence staying here is a "no brainer". The neighborhood had "character" ... no big issues. Again the staff was so good, the room was super clean and comfortable. Tomb-like quiet at night and most of the evening. We had a nice patio area. Thanks Flom for a great stay. - we had a 5 night stay. US tourists

Wonderful hotel, great location.

Hotel was great! We loved it. The location is perfect for walking to the city center, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 10 nights and the experience was fantastic! The location of the hotel is 5 mins walk to the train station and 10 minutes to the city center with all the attractions. The front desk crew is very friendly and welcoming. I liked all of them. They helped me with calling taxi and gave some good recommendations to the restaurants close by. Received a bottle of wine upon arrival which was nice. Room was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was nice but could offer more varieties. Would definitely come back again!

Great small hotel, friendly staff, good location

Very friendly small hotel, in a good location with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. We stayed in a family room which was spacious, comfortable and suited us perfectly. Nothing spectacular but really good - and did I mention friendly? The team were lovely to us and the kids. Really recommend it.

We booked the family suite and had no expectations before we arrived. Our family suite in Rome at another hotel was tiny. The family suite at Flom was awesome for our family of 4. So much room, comfy beds, lots of towels. The staff were friendly and we walked everywhere with no problems. Would definitely recommend!

The location is perfect for easy walking to everything you want in town, and an extremely easy walk to the train station to go everywhere else. Breakfast staff was amazing and very willing to work with our food allergies. Mohamed is the absolute best.
