We booked the family suite and had no expectations before we arrived. Our family suite in Rome at another hotel was tiny. The family suite at Flom was awesome for our family of 4. So much room, comfy beds, lots of towels. The staff were friendly and we walked everywhere with no problems. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is beautiful! Very modern in the rooms and beautifully done. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I want to say a special thank to one of the front desk man. He had curly hair( apologies I don’t recall his name). He was so friendly and found us a wonderful restaurant!

The location is perfect for easy walking to everything you want in town, and an extremely easy walk to the train station to go everywhere else. Breakfast staff was amazing and very willing to work with our food allergies. Mohamed is the absolute best.

We had a wonderful time in Florence. The hotel staff was very friendly and gave us the best dining recommendations. The breakfast had a lot of variety so you can choose depending on your diet preferences. But the best was the view from our little balcony. Simply amazing!

Fantastic property that is convenient to the train station. Hotel recommended fantastic restaurants within 5 minute walk that were so much better than those in touristy area. Fantastic breakfast. Staff was beyond helpful! Only downside, area around hotel seemed a bit rundown.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! We received free prosecco and offers for more. The breakfast was good and staff in that area very attentive. The only downside was the street was torn up. Not an ideal street to stay on. But I would stay there again.

The hotel was truly amazing but I cannot give it 5 stars. I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body the very first night. I stayed 2 nights with my husband and daughter. My husband is always hot so he slept over the covers, hence why he did not get bit. My daughter had her own bed. I must say the issue was rectified immediately; they changed the mattress the same day and they were very apologetic about the unfortunate event highlighting this was not usual at all. Aside from that, the hotel is truly beautiful. It is very modern and within walking distance to all attractions. From the moment we arrived, we were received with the utmost customer service. They assisted us with our bags, showed us to our room, welcomed us with a bottle of champagne, met us at the reception with more champagne, and took their time to sit with us to give us restaurant recommendations. They even made dinner reservations for us, making it really easy for us to simply show up for dinner. Their Customer Service was above reproach. The breakfast was also amazing providing a variety of foods both hot and cold. I absolutely loved their espresso machine!!! The hotel is close to everything so it is super easy to walk to all major attractions. The area is safe even late in the evening.
