High luxury, excellent breakfast, excellent concierge assistance, beautiful decor in room. Just needs to find a way to allow guests to cast or get NETFLIX. This is not available in this hotel. But otherwise hotel is like a 5 Star. Beautiful washroom facilities.

Lungarno is beautifully situated along the Arno River right near the Ponte Vecchio, an amazing location for anyone visiting Florence for its attractions. The staff were incredibly kind and courteous. We were happy to have received an upgrade upon our arrival. The only issue was that our bedroom was right next to the elevator which meant we could hear it ding when we were trying to rest. Other than that, a perfect stay!

We really loved our stay at Hotel Lungarno. We were treated to an upgrade with a bridge-view room, and the room was perfectly prepared for my toddler as well, with dedicated slippers and a bath set. Everyone was super attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great with a wide selection and excellent coffee. We'd stay again if we come back to Florence!

Excellent hotel, probably one of the best we’ve stayed in. All staff from front desk check-in, concierge, breakfast and cleaning staff are polite, attentive, and caring. Service is impeccable. The hotel itself and the artwork is lovely. Really enjoyed our stay, grazia mille to the lovely staff!
