The room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower. Our room had been updated fairly recently and was very pleasant. Check in was quirky. Only the person whose name is on the reservation is permitted to check in. Even if the reservation is prepaid. Good to know ahead of time if, like us, the passenger is the one who goes in to register while the driver parks the car. Would stay again.

Hotels reviews showed this place with exceptional ratings, but from check in until check out, I struggle to give it even one star. Checking in was an inconvenience to the clerk at the front desk as it kept her from phone time. Door to the room we could barely get open without throwing every bit of my weight at it. Temp in the room was set on 59 and it was barely in low 50s at check in. Shower couldn't get any hot water (only luke warm) 10 minutes after the water was turned on. Linens were all damp due to the temp in the room. Does not look like it was cleaned at all. Bed was awful and to put the cherry on the sundae, super loud train let us know it was coming through at 3:45AM. I have pictures but site is not giving me the option to upload. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. I have no idea how this place has the ratings it does with rooms in this condition.
