Very good

We were accomodated in another hotel, Hotel Acadia instead. But it turned put to be very fine. We were so tired already and arrived late by train. The hotel was just about 5 min walk from the train. The lady who checked us in was very very nice, and offered us water. For the first time, somebody offered us water. Breakfast was alright too.
I made a reservation for a room that had shower. When I arrived there was no shower and the person in charged blamed hotels.com for false advertisement. I had air conditioner in my room. It was not working at all and next day when I approached the lady who was in charge she told me it was broken and I could open the window. She knew already it was broken and did not warned us at all. I contacted another person who works for the company and they moved us to another property that we did not like at all, but at least had a working air conditioner, but the washroom had a large window that could not close. I had to improvise drapes using towels so I could use the washroom without “sharing the e experience” with the next building.... I really, really would NOT recommend this property.
Great location near the Duomo - police station one block away - clean rooms - helpful staff.
If you can't check in before 1 pm, be sure to email the hotel a copy of your passport in order to receive the passcodes to enter the building.
Great location near the central area, a beautiful old building, elevator, clean. I stayed at a private room as solo traveler for three nights. Friendly staff and the lady is helpful and willing to provide some information about the area.
If you don’t arrive before 13 you have to check in through another location.
The hotel was lovely and for the price, in a pretty good location! You have to walk a bit to get to the dome but that allows you to see more of Florence. I definitely think that we got our money’s worth from this hotel. Getting a free breakfast made it even better!

Old but great location
This place was pretty old. There were no screens in the windows so we had lots of mosquitos in our room. The location was ideal. Just a short walk from the train station!
Nice hotel, quiet street. The staff was really sweet! Not super fancy but it was clean and comfortable. You could easily walk to any of the interesting sites in Florence.

Great location
The building is situated very close to the centre of Florence which gives easy access to all the wonderful attractions, restaurants and bars that the city had to offer. Very good location, friendly staff and basic yet comfortable rooms. Thank you LNB
The location was great. However at midnight the bed base of one of our two single beds broke. At this hour there was no one to talk to, and so a night of bad sleep made a tough second day. The real problem was the next day there was no real help from management or any compensation, not even an apology. We sent an email and got no response. The only thing they did was move us to another room for the second night. If they changed their attitude, and fix the beds, this would be a decent place.
Florence is a fantastic city, unfortunately La Notte Blu isn't in the same category.
The shower cubicle was full of mould and the handle was disgusting. Even when we changed rooms the shower wasn't much better, mould everywhere.
There was no toilet roll holder and we were left with half used toilet roll which we felt was unhygienic.
The beds were very firm and thin, therefore we asked for some extra pillows to help with the discomfort. These didn't arrive until we asked again before our final night.
We weren't told about the code we needed to get into the hotel at night, we were just given a set of keys which were never going to get us in.
There was no gluten free options for breakfast even though I requested it.
There were chipped breakfast bowls
The toaster was worse than useless.
No bedside lights.
The towels weren't changed in 3 nights. We had to shower using damp towels
I realise this is a B&B, but we paid €197 and knew it would be basic, but we expected better with a clean shower.
Overall my stay at La Norte Blu was very pleasant. Although I wish I could of checked in directly at the hotel. I did appreciate the prompt emails and assistance with check-in from Hotel Arcadia. The breakfast and service staff were extremely pleasant! I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I'm ever in Florence.
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Shared bathroom clean and tidy. I had a lovely balcony from my bedroom.

good place to stay in Florence
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The toilet seat was broken and air conditioning only works from 2 P.M. - 10 P.M., when you are not in the room and does not work when you really need it after you come back after 10 P.M., sweating from your long walk. We could not open the Windows because of mosquitoes. The location is not that close to main food places, but breakfast was good.
