The room was very nicely furnished and the bed was really comfortable. Loved the pillow menu. The staff were very welcoming and when we needed to retrieve some medication from our previous hotel the general manager was extremely helpful.

WOW. We had an amazing stay here - off the main lobby but we wanted something different from other hotels (we do 4+ stars always). Such a great location and easily accessible for taxis. Walking distance to everything you want to see and the main street off here has all the best restaurants. Breakfast was great, experience was a 10 and we had two kids with us. They won't forget it! Felt like we were staying a clean museum.

Amazing hotel and exceptional staff. Khiara at the front desk went above and beyond as we were celebrating my daughters graduation. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and provided us cappuccinos to go in the mornings. Comfy beds, beautiful room and excellent staff on top of being in great location next to duomo.

The staff at the hotel gave us a warm welcome as soon as we arrived and throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, including a private balcony overlooking the piazza. The breakfast was excellent and included a range of hot and cold options.

This hotel was AMAZING. It was absolutely beautiful, I’ve never been at a hotel that I was as unique and cool as this one. We were in the annex building and found the room to be very spacious. It was on a fairly busy road so could be loud at time in the night with sirens so may not be great for a super light sleeper but it didn’t bother us too much. We also paid for the breakfast which had a really good selection and they made you a coffee of your choice from the coffee bar every morning, which was very nice. Highly recommend!
