Great hotel! We were a little uncomfortable at breakfast because the staff working the breakfast was staring at us the entire time we ate. We were unsure if something was wrong with us but it was awkward. This only happened one day out of our two day stay. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked into the building we were welcomed by all staff and felt like VIP guests. All the staff were very professional and made this hotel feel like a luxury hotel. The private spa was so lovely and relaxing, we wish we could have used it more than once! The breakfast also had a great selection and we were very pleased with it. The property is very clean and very well-maintained, making it a really comfortable stay. The hotel is a little outside the main area of the town, which makes it a very quiet area. But everything is very walkable, and we only walked the entire time we were there. We would definitely return to this hotel if we visited Florence again!

The Staff made our stay. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel welcome. Front desk was helpful with taxis, bus information and event tickets. Housekeeping was splendid! Morning setting for full breakfasts was fresh and tasty and presently beautifully. Spa was clean and inviting after a day if sight seeing. Overall, as first time guests, we’ll be back with family members and friends!

Fantastic
Just an absolutely lovely stay. We were in Florence for six nights and the hotel was a perfect place to call home. The service of the staff was impeccable and we especially loved the breakfasts each morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff generally were very good. The only slight negative was that our room was extremely small, the high ceilings made it feel better but we were quite cramped for the 3 nights we were there.

The staff was fantastic. We expected to have a "regular" room but were placed in the annex under the B&B formula; not bad since we could enjoy a great breakfast. The room wasn't exactly what we expected as it was in the modern structure built behind the main house: it wasn't bad, but it was a bit small for Americans, and there was some mold in the shower. It also smelled a bit moldy everywhere, possibly due to the old carpets. You have to walk 30 minutes to get to the city center, but it's a nice walk. Parking is available onsite in the backyard of the structure: it is narrow but very convenient since you do not have to walk a lot to get your luggage in and out. The overall house is stunning. We had no time to enjoy the spa, but we loved the "Acqua di Parma" products available in the room. Kudos to the staff again, very nice people!

Nice property for the price, we stayed two night. Our rooms were in the other building which does not have elevators and small staircase. AC was ok since it was not too hot during our stay. We will again stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Lorenzo! The staff was very friendly. Spa facilities were clean and perfect for relaxation! A walkable distance from the center. Neighborhood was safe and transportation very accessible from this location. I would highly recommend!

It was an alright stay. The hotel itself was clean, the spa was relaxing. But my air conditioner was dripping and they couldnt fixed it within the 4 nights i was there so I didnt really have a good night sleep and the walls are on the thin side.
