Dirty towels in the bathroom, with lipstick and dinge. I reported it to the desk. They replaced them with dinge towels that I would use for cleaning. We had to go out and buy washcloths. We weren't going to wash our face with those towels. I will think twice before staying again. I looked at the reviews, they didn't match the reality.

Looks may be deceiving

Overall though on the surface it appears modern and updated, it’s clear that the hotel itself was made cheaply and low quality materials with a facade of looking well furnished. The bathrooms had no fans, the showers were clearly not maintained as there was residue in the corners. During our stay we were told they were out of basics like “do not disturb” tags for the room doors and plates before 8am in the breakfast area. The luggage carts all had multiple flat tires. We will not be staying at Park Inn in the future.
