I booked an accessible King room. The pictures show a shower with built in seat. When we arrived they said that the room was a hearing accessible room...I didn’t see anything regarding that. The front desk also could not offer a shower with built in seat. Also, the hotel/room came up as pet friendly and did not mention extra charges for that. So I had to pay an additional $30. The location of this hotel is on a street with dozens of hotels and if we hadn’t been so exhausted I would have left.

Room was clean, at least what I could see. I have never stayed in a hotel with such little lighting!! The room was very dark, even the bathroom was dimly lit. Hallways were very bright! Front desk staff was very nice

Receiving a print-out at check-in of the password, the hotel amenities, and information on nearby restaurants and local activities. A nice room, a comfortable bed and a good buffet breakfast. It's easy to see the property from the exit, but I do wish there had been some kind of signage where the street meets the main road.
