The staff were polite and friendly. The lady running the breakfast room is very sweet and made sure we were well-caffeinated before we went out for the day. Rooms are clean and modern. Fantastic experience overall!

Wonderful location and hotel!

The room was very nice for our family in terms of space. 2 levels. Rooms were clean. Carpet upstairs could benefit from replacement but temperature controls, terrace and large shower upstairs were really terrific. The breakfast is wonderful. Lots of options and very friendly staff. We were able to check in early which was so very appreciated. The location is amazingly close to everything. We were able to walk to everything including the train station. We will definitely stay here again.

We arrived a little early and our room was ready ahead of time. It was small as expected but very clean and functional. The standouts of our stay was the location as we could walk to all the places we wanted to check out. The second aspect was the exceptional staff that made several great recommendation and even called a restaurant on our behalf to make dinner reservation. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The location of The Frame Hotel is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Florence. Everything is within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shopping. If you happen to sleep in and miss breakfast, there are plenty of nearby cafes to grab a bite and start your day. The room itself was lovely—spacious, spotless, and comfortable. It had a modern, stylish design that made it feel like a true retreat after a day of exploring the city. The only downside was the bathroom, which was on the smaller side. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but something to consider for those who value a bit more space in the bathroom. What really stood out during our stay was the service. The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist us with transportation arrangements for our next destination. Their friendliness and professionalism really made our stay more enjoyable. My only real complaint was the slow internet. As a traveler, fast and reliable Wi-Fi is crucial, and unfortunately, the internet was quite slow during our visit. If the hotel could upgrade the internet speed, it would be a five-star experience without question. Overall, I highly recommend The Frame Hotel. It’s a wonderful place to stay in Florence, and with a few improvements, it could easily be perfect!

Booked unseen, relied on previous reviews. Hotel is small (family owned I presume). 5 minutes walk from airport T2 tram stop at central station. And 5 minutes walk from Duomo. Rooms very comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was a surprise. We were expecting coffee & croissant. But there was a lot more. Between 17.00 and 18.00 they also offer cakes etc. Also we asked for restaurant recommendations - very satisfied.

Beautiful space. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was just ok. They did keep the space clean and the location is very convenient. Had good sleep. The windows kept the noise out.
