We were surprised that the front desk staff spoke great English! It’s in the central part of town very close to restaurants and the bus station. Good price and great facility.

Avoid HOLA HOTEL - it is primitive!
I have had much better bathrooms while camping than one has here. I had to remove the shower head and clean it myself - water never hot and the sink had no plug so that I could fill the basin and only cold water--- that may be the custom in Brazilian homes - but at a hotel?!? Staff was cold and of course essentially spoke not a word of English. I had lost a bag and asked for a survival kit - maybe a toothbrush or razor? They pointed to the pharmacy down the road. Nothing. And a sliver of soap, no shampoo, towels in sad shape, hard, uncomfortable bed, internet that was free but absolutely worthless-- only worked in the lobby but dial-up 20 years ago was much faster than this. Staff changed all the time and did their thing without even recognizing our presence. Breakfast was weird - juices that were watered-down and tables that wobbled. The pool was so filthy that when I asked about swimming the manager looked out and said "I better get someone to clean it first!" (They never did). Not much of a pool anyway, more a wide spot in the cement… AVOID THIS HOTEL for business or pleasure - it simply is HORRIBLE and not a pleasure! And US $110/night for this? Ridicules!

Friendly staff, great location, free breakfast
Hotel is very clean, comfortable, and convenient to bars and restaurants in Lagoa plus it is right across the street from the bus station which makes it easy for you to get a bus to go any where in Floripa. Staff was very helpful even though I cannot speak Portuguese, especially from Luri who would use google translator to give me information on all the great beaches to go to. They also have a delicious free breakfast. They also have a pool to relax in.

Ao chegar no hotel, o quarto que escolhemos pelo aplicativo não condizia com o escolhido. Pedimos para trocar pois o que colocaram para nós tinha uma beliche que rangia muito. No café da manhã era tudo muito controlado, não ficamos a vontade. Até a sanduicheira era controlada, não podendo sujar, ou deixar o pão ficar mais torradinho. Se o café está incluído na diária, não deveria ser algo controlado dessa forma. Fica a dica para o hotel melhorar no atendimento, tanto da recepção da madrugada que foi péssima.

Atendimento na parte do café da manhã péssimo, onde duas senhoras constrangem na abordagem aos hóspedes na entrada e durante, exigindo que lavem as mãos, não podendo utilizar o grill de fazer sanduíche sem que fiquem em cima vigiando, o quarto é limpo, porém as toalhas estavam com cheiro ruim! Pelo preço: o atendimento poderia ser mais preparado e menos rigoroso principalmente na hora da refeição!

Fiquei decepcionado com o hotel. Reservei um apartamento de luxo. O banheiro na foto mostrava box de blindex, mas na realidade o que tem é uma cortina de plástico. A pia estava com vazamento que molhava muito o piso do banheiro. O recepcionista forneceu vários pisos para colocarmos embaixo da pia. O assento do vaso sanitário estava quebrado. Relatei ao recepcionista e os dois problemas foram solucionados no outro dia. Fiquei no apartamento 01, logo após a recepção. Você não consegue descansar ouve o tempo todo conversas vindas da recepção. E pela manhã muito cedo as conversas retornam. Não existe nenhuma mesa de cabeceira para colocar um livro , celular ou mesmo os óculos. O sabonete que é disponibilizado é ridículo de tão pequeno. Ainda bem que sempre levo o meu. Café da manhã é simples.As frutas são de boa qualidade . As mesas para duas pessoas são muito pequenas. Uma das senhoras que atendem no café da manhã , quer que você sente em uma mesa pequena mesmo que as outras maiores estando desocupadas. Astoupa de cama e banho estavam limpas e em bom estado de conservação.
