Me hospedei de 17 a 18 agosto no quarto 820! Péssimo, porta com um furo na madeira, móveis velhos e quebrados! As toalhas de banho super finas, gastas e pequenas! Com cheiro de água sanitária! Ar condicionado não funcionava! A chave do quarto deu problema, por 4 vezes tive que descer na recepção pra liberarem! O acesso é ruim, com escada e sem rampa! Elevadores lotados, café da manhã com pouquíssima variedade! Frutas sem sabor! E o mais absurdo o valor da diária! 2 noites nesse “paraíso “ foi mais R$ 1,000 . Valor totalmente incompatível com o que oferecem! Não recomendo!

Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. We stayed one night and packed up to another hotel, wasting our money. The facility is in bad condition, the toilet seat lifts off the ground if you move while using, the shower was moldy and the room had a terrible smell of bleach. Once the smell of bleach wore off, there was a wet dog smell that took over the room. The sheets were dirty. The breakfast food was nice, but the cleanliness of the breakfast area was lacking. The room is not whatsoever soundproof and you can hear everything that happens outside - which is unfortunate since other guests having a party and were loud overall, waking us up at 5am as they spoke quite loud in the hallway. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but still extra towels were provided to one room but not the other, and one of the bedrooms simply didn’t have a phone. I will never stay at this place again and expedia should absolutely contact this property to review their advertisement on the platform.

Under staffed. The few people working, they were very nice. During check in, there were 5-6 people in line and only one lady working because one guy took a break. Check in took me 40 min! Room is okay. It needs renovation, looks old. Breakfast was the best part. WiFi is non existent. It didn’t work at all!!!

It was horribly dirty all the cabinets were broken and holes from screws being removed it smelled like mold the bed clothes were dirty the soap was Tiny the parking was two blocks away the weight at the front desk was ridiculously long all night long and they had the nerve to charge us for water when their place was absolutely disgusting and look nothing like the internet. The picture they submitted was photoshopped especially the red Dot over the bed and they don't show how disgusting and filthy the bathroom was the Taps barely gave any water and it hardly drained. I love Brazil but this was the worst experience of my life in a hotel. Avoid this at all costs. They were many many people in the line yelling when we arrived and now I know why

Terceira ou quarta vez que me hospedo neste hotel. Ele esta passando por reformas, o que esta deixando a estrutura mais atualizada. Espero que deem atenção aos quartos e banheiros também, pois precisam de atenção e atualização. Funcionários solícitos e simpáticos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Não indico, atendimento péssimo demorei maia de 1 hora para fazer o check in isso pq ainda fui cobrar porque as pessoas estavam chegando e ja passavam na minha frente, no app conata como estacionamento disponível mas e preciso pagar por ele e nao vi lugar algum que falasse isso nas descrições, perguntei a uma das atendentes nem elas souberam me informar despreparadas. Todas as últimas vezes que fiquei no Cecomtur os quartos estava muito sujos. Essa última, andei descalço pelo chão por uns 30 minutos pra arrumar as minhas coisas e meu pé ficou encardido. Tinha cabelo e pelo intimo em cima de uma das camas. Tinha cabelo colado no vidro do box e no revestimento dentro do box. Chuveiro demorou MUITO tempo para esquentar. Banheiro estava com um cheiro de esgoto horrível. Não tinha tomada do lado da cama para carregar o celular. Tinha muito argentino berrando a noite, conversando pela porta do quarto, no corredor, fazendo bagunça. O elevador é péssimo, para em todos os andares, não respeita quem quer subir ou descer, demora muito.

Infelizmente a nossa estadia nesse hotel foi terrível e não recomendamos, houveram VÁRIOS PROBLEMAS ! pra começar a limpeza de quarto não havia sido feita no banheiro quando chegamos, cheio de cabelo por tudo, ficamos por 5 dias e apesar de prometerem NĀO TINHA INTERNET! O elevador não funciona direito, na época de hotel cheio ele não parava no nosso andar, fora que no 14 a porta não abria; alugamos esse lugar mais caro pois dizia ter garagem, chegando la tinha que pagar na hora por uma garagem conveniada que ficava ha 3 quadras de distancia com um único manobrista pra pegar o carro que só trabalhava das 15h as 23hs, centro é morto pela manha entao era perigoso sair cedo pra buscar o carro; o ar condicionado ta mal instalado e tem um buraco na parede, gotejando horrores dos ar condicionado de cima nele, fazendo um barulho MUITO alto como se fosse dentro do quarto, e acordávamos assustadas toda hora; tv não pegava direito e sem internet não dava pra assistir nada. Pessoal do hotel foi atencioso e gentil, mas o descaso completo de não arrumar o hotel para uma época de grande demanda é horrível!

Atendimento sofrível no chek-in. Cheguei às 14h15 e tive que aguardar até às 16h00 para liberarem um quarto. Um ônibus de turistas argentinos chegou depois e foram atendidos preferencialmente. Reclamei mas não fui atendido.
