Decent, Very good option near Eurotunnel
We chose this hotel due to convenience and distance to the eurotunnel. It is a 7 minute drive. We stayed over on Christmas eve and the atmosphere was amazing. Breakfast was good and included in our room rate. Would return again in our future travels

Great service and close to EuroTunnel
Excellent stay the night before an early morning EuroTunnel crossing. The hotel is very close to the terminal and we were there in 5 minutes. There was some issues with the car park as a lot of it was blocked off (installing electric car charging points) but the hotel staff told me where I could park instead which was very convenient. Service was excellent and the breakfast was better than I was expecting. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Simply not good
Black short hair all over sheets and bedding let alone the carpet Constant loud bang type noises coming from the light panel above bed for hours so no sleep.. take away breakfast option not possible unless you want to chuck your bacon and eggs without any carton provided in the paper bag. Thanks for 3 bananas and 2 dry cupcakes..awsome stay for 94 quid..NOT! Don't let me start on the parkimg situation which gets advertised as parking provided!!!

Served its purpose.
Stayedfor one night before using the shuttle. Clean and comfortable room. Warm and quiet. A nice breakfast and fantastic location as 10 mins from Shuttle entrance. Plenty of parking and near a petrol station if needed.

Outstanding, helpful service. We had our dogs with us and the hotel were very accommodating about these . We were allocated a ground floor room and they gave us really good advice about our checkout and the ferry’s etc next day .

Very convenient for channel tunnel
Great stay before travelling across the tunnel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and a lot of other people staying had their pets with them too. Room was comfortable but not a perfect nights sleep as we could hear Storm darragh raging outside most of the night. Free parking and breakfast included which was very nice. We also had dinner the night before which was very tasty too.
