I really liked Pauline & Shalae at the front desk..if you needed anything...they got it done. Security outside of some kind, even a few cameras would be good. Only signs saying "not responsible"..Greenbelt is not the safest area in DC. There were a lot of groups and parties and a couple of nights it was loud, but it happens in nice hotels. The kitchen needs better food availability such a cocktail sauce for fried shrimp, or at least some lemon juice and horseradish to make some. I would use better signs for the room doors...don't like letting people know I'm not there...maybe NO Sign would let cleaning crew you are gone but definitely DO NOT DISTURB needed for privacy.
