Welcome to your Modern Wine Country Getaway! Centrally located in the heart of Forest Grove, surrounded by gorgeous scenic views, and within walking distance of several local shops, boutiques, markets, and eateries to keep you busy throughout your stay. We’re about 2 minutes from Pacific University, 5 minutes from Mcmenamins Grand Lodge, and about 13 minutes from Hagg Lake!

Located in the heart of Forest Grove, our property is nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with tree-lined streets and charming homes. Within walking distance, guests can explore a variety of local shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as parks and trails for outdoor activities. The nearby Pacific University campus adds to the lively and academic atmosphere of the neighborhood. With easy access to the main highway, guests can also venture out to nearby attractions such as the Oregon Coast, wine country, and downtown Portland.

You can access this home at your leisure via our self-guided check-in process. This home is easily accessible by car, located just off the main highway. Guests will have access to the entire house, including a private entrance, parking space, and backyard. Please note that the property is not wheelchair accessible, as it requires climbing a set of stairs to reach the front door.

Nice house but the host was lacking attention

very nice house good location. the problem is that it was dirty and there were things that were broken and not taken care of. the house was dirty including one of the bed sheets that had a sticker of a suitcase from previous renters. The garbage bins were full as if they never were taken out. I'm assuming the host doesn't live in the area otherwise she would have seen the problems. Coffee pot was also dirty.

The house was big enough for all of us.A few complaints.1) the futon upstairs broken had to use an air mattress.The garbage wasn’t taken out from upstairs and some of the towels had some funky stains on them.

DON'T STAY HERE! Fraud Homeowner - VRBO takes no responsibility

We arrived at this property and it was filthy and had not been cleaned. Four adults spent two hours doing the laundry and towels and making beds and also cleaned the kitchen and took out the trash to start our stay here. The homeowner said that it was the fault of his house cleaner and would refund us the cleaning fee. He has ghosted us for two months and VRBO has not taken any action to resolve this issue even though it was documented during our stay.

Large comfortable home

Property was as described. Pictures were accurate. Location was good for the places we wanted to visit unfortunately for us we had traveled since 3 AM on the day of check-in and we got there. The cleaning people had failed to Show up and clean the property prior to our arrival. The owners responded promptly, but the cleaning crew did not respond to them. It just made the overall check and first night miserable because we had to wash linens do beds and all of that before we could finally crash.

We had to find a nice place to stay that wasn't going to break our budget and we found thia amazing place online. Honestly everything went so well from the pricing to the communication. The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness however, its something fixable that the owner said would be taken care of for future guests. thats goxable

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is tastefully decorated and several of us commented on the inspirational wall art. The inviting atmosphere conveys an open and uncluttered space. The location is close to grocery and other shopping. The kitchen is well equipped, which we appreciated, since we prepared both breakfast and dinner every day of our stay. Everyone commented on the cleanliness of the home. We appreciated the abundance of towels. Not to mention the thoughtful placement of towels in each bedroom. If you are looking for a reasonable rental with space to spread out, this is it. We would definitley stay here again.

Amazing House

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. There were a couple of items that stood out. Kitchen - there was little glassware and what was there was a mishmash Downstairs bathroom - no hand towels available. Bedrooms - though they appeared new, the beds and bedding were marginal. Slider off the kitchen did not lock. Not an issue for us but could use some maintenance Barring the above, would book again

Beautiful home with great accommodations! The living area and kitchen were open with a fireplace. Very cozy! Location was perfect. We were within minutes of several food options. My mom is physically disabled and bedrooms were on the lower and upper level. This was a challenge getting her up and down the steep stairs. Otherwise, every thing was great for our stay!

Overall the stay was okay. One of the rooms does have a leak and some mold that needs to be taken care of. We would have been a lot happier if we were told ahead of time that some of the amenities were not available anymore instead of getting there and finding out that we didn’t have them. Very nice home. New and well-kept. Sparsely furnished but with all the amenities needed to stay in a home. The beds are not super comfortable but very adequate. Lacking on adequate seating in the main living room and dining area for a party of 9. Property Manager was easy to contact. Great location for our needs. Overall, very good and I'd stay, again.

Excellent spacious home

We had an incredible stay in Forest Grove. Home is very spacious, clean, and exactly as described. Neighbors were very polite as well. Communication with property owners was wonderful, and they made us feel very welcome as well. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Pacific University, do wine tasting and or explore the Oregon coast that is a mere hour away. Wonderful restaurants and quaint small businesses near by! Five stars!!!

Spacious and convenient

The hosts were responsive, kind, and helpful, and this home had everything we expected and more. Bedrooms were good sizes, basement has an in-law setup, plenty of windows for natural lighting all day. Everything was well-organized and clean. Neighborhood is a little cramped for full-time living, but still beats a hotel by far for space and privacy. Extremely convenient to downtown Forest Grove and Pacific University; could have walked most of the places we went. Would recommend and stay here again!
