What an awesome place for us!! Room, staff, amenities ALL!! We were given top notch greetings and service for everything!! We’re looking forward to returning late spring early summer next year to this facility!! Convenient location for all family visits and things we love to see and do!! Our stay was perfect!! I walked into the lobby, and three staff members were in some sort of discussion at the front desk. I have no issue with this except no one even looked up to acknowledge me and say a quick hi. I checked in, but received an email from my CC an hour later and the total charge was over $100 more than my original booking price. Inquired next morning and was told there was a $100 incidental fee that would be removed when i left, and additional state fees. This should have been communicated to me at check in. Not a good experience at all.
