Don’t let the outside fool you
We were a little worried at first when we realized this was over a commercial business, but the apartment was very nice. Easily walkable to downtown Fort Collins, grocery, and New Belgium brewery. Very comfortable beds and very clean overall.

The apartment is bigger than it appears online and the layout worked well for our family. Old town and the breweries are nearby, and both Poudre Canyon and Horsetooth Reservoir are easy drives for natural beauty. We would definitely return next time we’re in Ft. Collins!

Great central location
This property is perfect. Clean, stylish, and well appointed. It had everything you need to have a great trip whether you stay in or make the condo your headquarters for road trips. We hiked, went to Cheyenne Frontier Days, and spent time in downtown Fort Collins. Stacy was great with communicating all the details as well as sending suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend this place!

The neighborhood is interesting and doesn't feel incredibly safe, but it is so close to everything, which is nice. The blow up mattress must've had a leak because it slowly lost air overnight. Missing dish soap and could use a new shower curtain, but the shampoo in both showers is so good! Comfy beds, beautiful living area, and such a helpful host. We enjoyed this space for a short family getaway!

Death in family
We were there because of a death in the family. The family member lived in severance. This location was ideal for eating, coffee, breakfast! It gave all of us a chance to spend time together in a very lovely apartment.
