After we checked in we went to our room on January 3rd to find out there was only one bed. There were 3 adults in our party and I had a receipt from Expedia confirming 2 queen beds. We headed back down to inform the lady who checked us in and she was incredible rude. She was an older lady with shoulder length blond hair. She told us THEY DIDNT SCREW UP EXPEDIA DID AND That’s WHAT WE GET FOR BOOKING THROUGH A THIRD PARTY!! I was dumbfounded. We paid over 400$ for a BUDGET hotel (very overpriced due to close proximity to cruise terminal). I asked her if she could get a room for us that had two beds and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I was in total shock! She returned a couple of minutes later and said “Well I guess you got your way. Had to rob Peter to pay Paul” and gave us the key to another room. It was truly the most bizarre interaction I’ve ever had at a hotel! The room was ok. Clean. Nothing special. I will never stay with this hotel group again. BEWARE!

Check-in perfect, very easy. No soap in room for bathroom sink - called front desk to request but no one ever brought any. Traffic noise is very bad. I've stayed close ro Times Square in NYC and this was worse. Also, maybe personal preference but sheets on bed are really rough.

We had 4 sisters share a room, and they were very tight over linens and tp... had to call daily for additional supplies. Room not well suited to share as there's no privacy in bathrooms with space only separated by a curtain with gaping holes in the wall panels for direct sightlines into shower area.
