Very poor experience. So unfortunate because we were really looking forward to this trip. Here's what happened - the room was not cleaned and the sheets were not washed. How do I know? Because someone else's socks were left in my bed. We called the front desk and they sent someone up. This housekeeping guy did not want to make the bed for us and told is that it wasn't his problem. Um yes it is? Isn't it your job to clean the room? Anyways, the only reason I did not completely lose my mind that night is because a very kind lady, named Lena, was working the front desk and went out of her way to come upstairs and make the bed herself. She was the only positive part of my whole stay there. Other than that, do y'all even clean the sheets? I thought the Marriott was a good hotel chain. Was very disgusted. Oh also we were charged $16.25 2x to my credit card after we left (outside of the $50 deposit). Still trying to dispute this. Maybe don't stay here? Idk good luck tho

The new renovation is almost complete. The pool bar area is very nice. Drinks were really expensive, but overall this is a nice hotel at a good price. Clean and very accessible to the beach and dining.

I picked this hotel for the ocean view and nice looking gym. The hotel is under CONSTRUCTION. And the gym is Closed. I DID NOT see anywhere on the website when I picked this hotel about being under CONSTRUCTION. The AC in out room with a beautiful ocean front room was making this loud vibrating noise. 2 times someone come in to fix it. At 11:30pm we were moved to a non ocean view room.

We visited the area after my daughter toured Nova Southeastern. We were impressed with the communication about the renovations. The rooms are beautiful and we loved our ocean front view. We found the area easy to navigate and appreciated all the restaurant options. The easy beach access was a huge plus. Beautiful location!

We only had room cleaned 2 times on a 5 night stay we asked to have trash taken away while we went out because of the smell They hung a trash bag on the door and never went inside so the smell of garbage was there all night

I would not book this property ever again first of all they never told us to. There was major construction going on and we or without water some days and the pool is not open at all not one person told us this when booking. It’s very convenient. We have a seven and 10-year-old on vacation and you can’t go in a pool. That’s the reason why we booked this hotel for the pool. Everyone lied to us at the hotel when you asked questions about it. Do yourself a favor and book another hotel in the area there’s plenty that are better. I stated most of them on this trip except for this one this is a one and done deal for me.

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriot and we loved it!!! The staff was incredible and accommodating to all our needs. They are currently under construction however it didn’t affect the quality of our stay. It’s also close to many dining options and the beach area was calm and beautiful. We will definitely be coming back here next time!

I was threatened with police action because I complained that they were shutting off all the water and not informing guests prior to checking in. I asked if there would be a place to go to the bathroom we were told no. They would not provide porta potties on site. They began to scream at us to get out and threatened us with police action.They have deceptive practices and told us the pool would be open by April first. The pool was closed down. This Marriott is unsafe
