Clean and nice, unsure of the neighborhood, everyone was nice but it also seemed a little sketchy. Beds needed support under the mattress- either plywood or box spring but other that that, everything was great!

The room was very clean, neighborhood was quiet with easy access to all the Ft. Lauderdale neighborhoods and the property was within the bounds of the circuit rideshare ($4/ride anywhere in Ft. Lauderdale) which was a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

I loved it!
I want to thank my host Mercedes from the bottom of my heart for hospitality and for making me feel so welcome. She maintains the studio very clean, looking after every detail and making sure you feel at home. The studio is amazing, it’s extremely cozy, there’s a lot of light, and a nice driveway to park your car. I’ve had a very very enjoyable stay! Thank you so much!
