Third time at Crowne Plaza. Room was nice. Had Premium King. Pool was refreshing. Not too hot and not too cold. Breakfast (included in our rate) had lots of choices. Friendly bartender. Helpful front desk. Helped with wifi issue. However. Found food and drinks from previous person in room, in the room fridge.

The restaurant advertised vegan choices on menu and that was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. (Traveling with 4 teen daughters and one is vegan.) Unfortunately when we went for dinner there were no vegan options available. The staff was very accommodating and prepared my daughter a vegan dinner after we explained what that meant.

Very short stay only to sleep. Complimentary breakfast was great. Coffee cups did not have lids for taking out of room. Pool and patio area was beautiful. Beds comfy.

Left my phone in the room , called the hotel no one found it , yet it was left on the arm of a chair in room 707, the maid had to have found it, for it was in plain sight as I remember, seems the maid may not have been honest something.

For the price, I expected more. The business center was disappointing, as there was only one computer, and it was occupied both times I tried to use it. Additionally, I reported some plumbing issues as a courtesy for the next guest, but the front desk clerk seemed defensive, assuming I was trying to get something in return. I had only stayed for a day and felt my feedback wasn’t received as intended. On a positive note, I appreciated the small store onsite where I could purchase reasonably priced items. Overall, an average stay with room for improvement in service and amenities.
