Really nice boutique hotel, a real gem. This was a pleasant surprise. The food, the room, and the staff were really nice.

The room was very nice and very clean. Very nicely appointed. Room offered purchasable alcoholic drinks and snacks, coffee and water were provided. Free breakfast and shuttle transportation to the Seminole Hard Rock. Valet parking service available.

We were disappointed . Scheduled stay midweek as we did not want to have loud music from private parties on weekends . Monday was not extremely noisy but as we wanted to use coupon for restaurant they gave us for Monday night could not be used because restaurant was closed for a private party. Why give us a discount coupon on checkin Monday when you know the restaurant is closed? Tuesday night was a nightmare. The band played the same song over and over with a bass sound so loud it rattled the fillings in our teeth. At 11:00 pm I called down to lobby to ask when this nonsense would cease and I was told very rudely “35 minutes” and hung up. It did not stop in 35 minutes. Same song over and over and over. Wednesday night. No loud private party but we could not get the air conditioner to start. They sent up house keeping and she could not fix as she said it was technical. She graciously came back and offered us a sweet but it was 8:30 at night. We are leaving the next day at 7:00 am. We are not going to move our room that late at night. We were very disappointed as family from Palm Beach suggested this hotel.

Shuttle driver was awesome. Property very clean. The ONE issue is price. As lovely as the grounds and rooms are, in my opinion, the exuberant cost is not at all justified. Paying over 700 dollars per night once tax/ex costs are added with not even coffee nor breakfast being included is absolutely unacceptable.

5 Star Stay

We booked a room here because of it being right across the street from the Hard Rock and we were going to a show. The hotel only offers valet parking (no self parking), but they do have a free shuttle to the casino (even though it's right across the street and definitely walkable, it's a very busy highway to cross, so the shuttle was the better alternative). Anyway, the staff could not have been nicer, from the valets to the front desk, to housekeeping. The room was beautiful. Very comfortable bed, great water pressure and temp in shower, and everything was perfect. We did not get to see the rooftop restaurant and pool because I think there was a wedding happening there, and again, we were there for the casino and the show. Overall, it was a perfect stay and definitely my go to hotel for future trips to the area.
