When I say this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced, I truly mean it. The breakfast is not only unappetizing and unappealing, but the staff also shows a complete lack of respect for their guests. The manager also shows a complete lack of sympathy toward his guests. Make sure to double-check that your card is being charged the correct amount.

4 nights and not once did they come clean and restock the room. On the 3rd day we complained and they said we have to request for the room to be cleaned. So we requested for it to be cleaned the next day they still didn't show up and clean the room. Hallways smell like damp carpet. One of the elevators takes 2 minutes to get from to floor to bottom. Was much better when it was under the GLO name brand. I’m kind of inclined to ask for a refund.

The entrance, reception area welcome us with a pleasant smell. I was wondering what it was and I forgot to ask them. I am a big fan of scented candles and essential oil. So they made my day☺️. Also, while I was on vacation, I had online classes via zoom so the room I got offered an office space with a stable WIFI. We rented a car to move around so we had no issue for parking.

The property was a old and a little tired. Cold tile floors in the room. The staff was the shining star. They were all friendly, answered all of my questions and aside from a little miscommunication about the start of breakfast, (6:30) not what I understood, they could not have been nicer. The nearby dining was limited to Taco Bell and McDonalds. Anything else was an Uber ride away.
