Brianna, the receptionist was rude, no customer service orientation. our room had adjoining room and it was noisy. Our bed was squeaky… the linens were crumpled and we did not really know if they were newly changed.

Positives: all of the staff were AMAZING. The breakfast was also great. Negatives: The rooms were not clean, paint was peeling, floors were dirty, mold on the lampshades and other parts of the room, rust on metal in the room. Rooms need a deep clean and renovation. The pool was closed and will not be opened anytime soon (it was shut down by the city), alternatively you can go to their sister hotel’s pool via shuttle (runs every hour)- we never went because it wasn’t very convenient with kids. Not recommended for people travelling with small children / kids.

Give me my freakin waffle
Zero stars, would not recommend. After waiting well over an hour for our included airport shuttle, which we attempted to set up ahead of time but language barriers made moot, we arrived at the hotel where we waited 40 days and 40 nights for the elevator to our room. The fridge must have had invisibility powers because none of us could find it. Jesus forgot to bless the breakfast spread because those 2 fishes and 3 loaves did not feed us starving guests. There was ONE waffle iron, and my 7 year old son waited 40 minutes for his turn to make a disappointing waffle. We had even fewer options for breakfast than my grandma had in her dating pool. Most ran out well before breakfast time was over. The room smelled musty and looked dirty. After waiting another 40 days and 40 nights for the one working elevator to get out of the hell hole, we ended up carting our FOUR suitcases down four flights of stairs. Adventures in abundance.
