The property advertises an airport shuttle starting at 5:00 am. There is also a sign posted right on the check in desk that it starts at 5:00 am. I changed hotels to get this early shuttle for our flight. The staff informed me the shuttle never comes before 5:30 and has been that way for over a year!! False advertising!!! The staff did call the shuttle service and the earliest they could come for us was 5:15 which was not adequate. We had to pay for an Uber. I am not happy!!!

The hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel’s service is good but the hotel itself is in need of a refresh or renovation. We had a king suite, but we found there was not enough lighting, especially in the bedroom area. The room was huge and clean but could use an update.

The property condition is not consistent with any other Hilton or Hampton properties that I have been in. The carpets are well aged and filthy. The seat cushions in the dining area are worn out and stained. The room smells funky. The staff is excellent and friendly. It’s Sad that they don’t have better facilities. The coffee is consistent and good. The bathroom in the room was clean and I like the LED night lights. The bed was clean and comfortable. I hope to see some improvement on my next trip.

Firstly, I booked back in November, a confirmed room with King Bed, upon check in, they changed us to a room with 2 double beds…no King beds available…. Breakfast, it’s supposed to be a hot breakfast but it’s not even warm, room temp…and the bagel/cheese/egg item was not very good. The omelet on the other two days was good. If I returned to Ft Laud, I wouldn’t stay here, $359 plus taxes and fees was a little much based on the above…

Nice overnight stay!

The hotel was nice for our overnight stay. I stayed at the same hotel in November for the same type of trip. It is very convenient to the Hard Rock Live venue for concerts. The room was nice and could use an upgrade in the bathroom and the elevators. This did not affect our trip nor will it be an issue to not stay again.

Waited over an hour for airport shuttle, gave up and had to pay for uber. Hotel is only 2 miles from airport, not sure why it took so long. Room was very spacious and relatively clean, but smelled of marijuana. Tried to ventilate with a/c, but smell was intense. Staff was nice and accommodating otherwise.

Check in went well. Very late in the night, the guest next door had a big dog that kept barking made it impossible to sleep. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone in the room didn’t work. I had to use google to find the hotel phone number and the front desk person was so nonchalant about it. Breakfast was great!
