We always stay at hilton gardens hotels when we are traveling. This location on a saturday late afternoon did not open the bar till 5. I grabbed a 8 oz can of miller lite from the self service snack area and it was $8. A can of bud, full 12 oz can, was the same price. That was a rip off. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good at the restaurant and breakfast was really good.

First visit last year. At 2:00am, the night manager checked in people who barged into our room while we were asleep. It scared us for the rest of the night. Hotel manager did nothing to compensate us. Second visit this year. We checked in, climbed into a bed that was wet. Disgusting. They Changed rooms from a suit to a smaller room and we received no compensation for the suite. This Hotel is a one night stopover for Cruise passengers who are newly arrived and awaiting ship boarding the next day,or disembarked and awaiting their flights home. Drunk and disorderly. I don't recommend staying here.

Staff was courteous and professional. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Hotel had airport shuttle service. Air conditioning in restaurant was too high, making it very cold. Air/heating system in room was too loud, making it difficult to hear TV. Lotion dispenser in bathroom was empty.

It was advertised as a Hilton Garden Inn looked really nice in the pictures. When we got there, it was more like a hotel that they bought and put their name on it. The AC unit was very loud and outdated and ran all night.

The lobby was great. The bedrooms were a bit ran down. The first night we stayed the girl did not even offer to store bags till our room was available. But a week later we stayed and got in early. The girl put our name on the wait list. And took your suitcase and other bags and locked them up so we could go shopping.
