We had a 2 bedroom / 2 bath family suite. It was well worth it! The hotel is nice and clean, good breakfast, staff is incredibly friendly. For an additional $20 we were able to check in early (great for those getting off a cruise). About a 10 minute drive to the airport.

I have a service dog for my disability. This hotel still charged me a cleaning fee of $300. Service dogs are exempt of pet fee’s. I made the reservation as the orbitz site listed it as pet friendly. I like to stay at pet friendly establishments when traveling with the dog. Upon arrival they had a no pets sign and I told them I had a service dog and they said ok. I received the billing charge after checkout.

While the property is newer, the facility seems worn. There carpet was wet by the air conditioner. The plugs by the bed did not work. Dirty spots around the bathroom. The area seemed a little unsafe with signs everywhere to protect your belongings. One small elevator that was very slow. There was a Wawa gas station adjacent to the property which was convenient for gas and food. The staff was friendly during check in.

The room was spacious and clean. They ran out of several items on the breakfast buffet and made no effort to compensate the guests for this unfortunate occurrence.

I am usually a bit leery about staying at Holiday Inns. We were pleasantly surprised with this one that was the only hotel with availability for our family of five to stay in the night before and after our recent cruise out of Port Everglades. It was a very nice hotel, and our suite was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable beds and pillows. We will definitely try to stay here again for our next cruises. The location was great. We had our own vehicle, so getting to the cruise port was not a problem and only took a few minutes.

Booked hotel solely for airport shuttle and proximity to airport in order to get quickly to the airport to rest. Called beforehand to confirm there was a shuttle and approximate time it would take to get to the hotel. They claimed 15 mins with a simple call when arriving. Waited 1 hour 15 mins before having to call an uber to get to the hotel. Three separate shuttles stopped but they said I had to wait for a specific driver. Once arriving front desk person didn’t even have bed ready and handed me sheets for the pull out bed. Very disappointed in the service level and very surprised at the consistency since I am an avid user of the IHG brand.
