We were very pleased with the location and price of this property. There was fresh coffee and cold water at all times in the lobby. The lobby was a little hard to find, but easy to access once we found it. The staff was very present, nice, and friendly. The restaurant, bar, liquor store, and beach were only steps away. The Queen suite was even better when we realized we had a balcony as well. Very large tub, 2 bathroom sinks, comfortable beds, and very comfortable cool air.

The staff was very nice and hospitable. The room was clean. I didn't appreciate that we couldn't control the temperature in the room. We asked for the air to be turned up as it was very cold. I was told they would adjust it a little, but it was still cold. Then we had to pay an additional $35. to park.

This hotel has great, beach, chill vibes. The room I was in had been newly renovated and was beautiful…even better than the pictures. I was surprised when I walked in. It has a salt life, peaceful atmosphere. It is a steps from the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk / beach. I loved my stay.
