We waited over an hour for the airport transfer to pick us up. After calling and providing our airline information and being placed on the “reservation,” it became clear our group was not the only one affected. We watched many other shuttle drivers arrive and depart and come back again—including shuttles for the hotel next door, which we noted we could have taken had we known. Or paid for Uber if we hadn’t already called twice and were told they are at airport “in traffic” and waited over 30min at that first point and 45min the second call. An hour later we finally got our shuttle.
The only working elevator in the hotel was very slow, with buttons that did not always function. It also appeared overdue for service—the inspection showed it was last serviced in 2023 and due again in 2025.
The room itself was average, but there were not enough towels provided. Breakfast was a standard continental offering. Overall, we would consider other accommodations for an overnight stay in the future.
