This place was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The toilet was filthy with a ring in it, bathtub had pubic hair in it, baseboards coated in dirt and grime, floors had not been cleaned, mopped or vacuumed, tv turned on, but only got one channel, lights over the night stand didn't work. I have stayed in many La Quinta hotels as a traveling artist. They have always been clean and nice. This was truly the filthiest place I have ever stayed in. I would have checked out right away, but it was a Friday late afternoon on a holiday weekend and I had a show. I knew I would not find another hotel on such short notice. I will likely never stay at a La Quinta again, which is unfortunate because they have always been good and clean, but this place was so bad that I do not feel I can trust the quality of cleanliness.

Do not book this hotel unless last resort.

Only there for 4 hours, did not stay after finding out room was infested with roaches. Requested refund as was told they cannot process refund they said i was there for 12 hours when i was only there for 4. App will not allow me to add the pictures to review.

It was horrible we suck it up but when we went to shower the water was up to the top . Went to the desk complained on our way out he didn’t care . We told him to refund us and he didn’t care we told him we will call the health department. So refund us it was the worst experience ever . The carpet smelled like mold . This is our experience.

My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to a number of issues. The check-in process was notably slow, with only one staff member available to assist with both check-ins and various guest issues, such as non-existent TVs and non-functional remote controls. Although the front desk clerk was courteous, she was visibly overwhelmed, which impacted the service. The hotel itself feels dated, and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Dust and particles were visible on most surfaces and the floor, and the glass was smudged and dirty. Additionally, several electrical outlets in the room were inoperative, which was inconvenient. Concerns about safety were heightened by a malfunctioning door lock—my only security was the door latch. I felt extremely unsafe while in the elevator and hoped it didn't breakdown while I was utilizing it. Moreover, the presence of a roach in the bathroom was particularly distressing and prompted me to check out after 20 mins and request a refund. Overall, this was the most unsatisfactory hotel experience I have ever encountered, and I believe significant improvements are necessary to meet basic hospitality standards.

Room was dirty. no service no cleaning water leak by toilet. Mold in the bathroom everything you can think of. Smoke alarm was busted. I asked the front desk to change the ironing board 3 times they never came. I ruined 2 shirts. Never went to a hotel where when I left I had to put my luggage in my car because I felt it was unsafe! Calling up my credit card company later to dispute the charge.

Good people but terrible mattress

DO NOT stay at this hotel. Pay a little more and stay at another property. My mattress was the oldest and worst I have ever seen in forty years of business travel. The staff is nice but the rooms are terrible.

We stayed there for 3 nights. On the first morning we found out there’s no breakfast, they just put two muffins and one apple in a bag and that the breakfast. Also There is no cleaning during our stays, the towel, bathroom, bedsheets and the room were never cleaned. It’s slightly cheaper if you don’t mind cleaness
