OUTDOOR SPACE:

-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and a covered outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
Highland House sleeps10 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Crib, Pac and Play and high chair on site.
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (2)
-All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.
-3 of the bedrooms connect to bathrooms.

GUEST ACCESS:

- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All five (5) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning, the garbage cans are in the alley through the back gate. Please put recyclables in the recycle bin and trash in the regular trash bin.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates three (4) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.


PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Florida vacation
The house was a little hard to find at first because GPS kept taking us to the alley behind the house and it was dark when we arrived. It was a good location for us as we wanted to see Miami, the Everglades, beaches and a was near all of these. Pool wasn’t cleaned during our stay after several emails about the bottom being dirty. Overall it was a nice house and felt like a safe neighborhood

Great place in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable beds, nice showers with good water pressure, and a great location that is convenient to so much stuff! Try out Rickey's Restaurant & Sports Bar just down the street for some great wings!

Great property
This was a great property in great location. Pool great, kids could swim and could be watched from inside the house, though rough on your feet those who used pool had sores rubbed on feet from roughness of the bottom. Check- in email stated pool guy came on Monday's for maintenence, though not sure he did. Property lacked towels and wash clothes for number of people it is supposed to accommodate. Lacked esstentials such as laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper we had to buy these items upon arrival. Micrwave control panel was locked and unable to used, though we did not contact host for assistance. Overall property was and we were satisfied with stay. Would stay here agin and would recommend to others.

We had a great stay Easy communication Wi-fi connection did not allow for all gaming consoles to be on at same time, luckily the weather was great and not much time was spent gaming Pool area could’ve used a little sprucing up, a couple of the chairs were broken but there were more than enough for us

Beach vacation
The house is in a quite upscale neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. Beautiful house, everything worked, the pool was awsome and we didnt have to deal with bugs because the pool and patio are screened in. Great communication they took care of all our needs.

Great vacation!
The property was nicely kept up and featured a nice pool at the center. The layout of the house was cool with it being built around the pool. The 4 bedrooms were a good size, and the kitchen was really nice. My friends and I had a great time! The only downside to this property was that is basically across the street from Memorial Regional Hospital. We didn't hear tons of ambulance sirens, but we did hear some. We would definitely stay at this property again - it was located close to the beach and many local attractions.

Bring your own tp!
We stayed for 6 nights and noticed right away that we didn’t have an adequate supply of toilet paper, paper towels. When I reached out, I was told they only supply one day of these items! Imagine my shock at paying several thousand dollars to stay and not having the basics: tp, paper towels, tissue, shampoo. We were left with a bad impression with this lack of basic accommodations. The house itself is lovely, and well secured. The pool was warm and very relaxing. We’re like to cook and eat at home and found the kitchen a little lacking in supplies.

Great place to stay!
Good place. Close to the beach and not far from the airport. We had a good time, however, the pool heater was not functioning when we arrived and it took almost 2 days for the property management to fix it. They made it up for our loss pool time. Overall we had a good time and plan to consider ValGal properties for our future Florida trips.

Perfect stay and great host!
I reviewed on ValGal page since I was sent a link to that. Hopefully it posts to here. Everything was perfect. The only thing we noticed from last year staying here to this year is that the hospital nearby was more active at times. Meaning you'd hear a helicopter or siren occasionally. Being from NY this wasn't a big deal and this house is spectacular and way better than the others in the area.

Gorgeous Home
The home was absolutely gorgeous. It was laid out great. It had everything we needed for our short stay (three nights). The neighborhood was very nice. We met some of the neighbors and they were extremely cordial. We selected this home because it was near to the University where our granddaughter is attending. We (6 adults and a baby) were very comfortable in the home. We would absolutely stay there again & highly recommend this property.

Full Family getaway!
Lovely home in a great location and safe neighborhood! It was amazing to be able to go out in the pool whenever we wanted and we were close to everything! House was very clean, we did have a little problem with ants in the bedroom and kitchen, but nothing a little ant spray couldnt fix. We were overall very satisfied with this property and we are seriosuly considering booking again in the near future! Management was helpful when we had a water issue and also even after we left the property and had left a phone behind, they were so kind to mail it back to my family member! Many memories made here!
