This property is more of motel being updated than a hotel like I thought it was. Anyone walking past rooms could be heard. Loud speaker was used consistently in the morning and was disruptive in the room. Check in staff were uninterested in assisting customers and check in took a long time. Had to provide my credit card multiple times and staff took a xerox of it as well (never seen that before). By the time we finally made it to the room, the key had not been programed so I had to go back to the desk to get that resolved. The room was clean but beds were very cheap and felt like there was plastic under the sheets. Overall not a great experience and I felt like I got a bit of bait and switch. If staff had been more helpful and friendly when checking it, experience would have been much better.

Feels like we were at a resort But only way to get around was Uber or taxi . Female at check in didn’t know anything about the bus line. She said take a Uber. Very disorganized at desk took over 2 hours to check in. If we wanted to get a room before 3pm it’s 30.00 if you wanted to have late check out 10.00 an hour

Shuttle from the airport to the Inn was quick and easy to fine. Out the doors at baggage claim, turn right and go to section E. we had called after we got our suitcases and they were there once we went out. The property was very clean, room were in good shape and very clean as well. Arrived a couple of hours before check in and would have to pay $30 to check in early. We waited and it took us an hour and a half standing in front of the check in girl to get our keys for the room and breakfast coupons. It took way too long and was very tiring after a long flight. I just couldn’t believe it. And you can’t get a room without a key, even though we had paid for it in advance. Staff was always nice but I think the computer was not functioning properly? ? There is a restaurant attached and the food was very good. Booked our shuttle to the cruise port at check in and they leave at 10 am and 11 am for the cruise ships. Be there 15 minutes early for the shuttle.

Arrived super early and hotel allowed us to check in with an extra fee of $40. I love that we can rest right away. Also a plus is the free shuttle from the airport and to cruise port.

The shuttle from the airport and then to our cruise port was wonderful, and removed a lot of stress for our trip. The attached restaurant was very good plus the breakfast included was fabulous. We highly recommended this place.

Rooms open to court yard- quiet- air conditioning is old so a bit noisy but slept great. Shuttle timeless- only property I know that offers complimentary shuttle to cruise ports!!! Breakfast- fine. Just an excellent place to await your cruise- thank you everyone.

They offer a free shuttle but if its not in the time frame they don't tell you, you have to pay extra. If your cruise is done early you have to pay an early check in fee which they said they don't do because they cater to cruise/airport. I asked all these questions before booking and none of them were told to me when I asked. When the owner or manager asked what ship i said " royal Caribbean" he rudely said " Don't say the cruise liner say the ship". Overall poor customer service and things left out. Won't be staying. Wish I would have been told these fees early prior to booking.

Rude front desk workers, zero care about customer service for the disabled. It was simply cheap and close to the tri rail train station. Bargain for cruise passengers but we’ll pay the money and stay at Marriott Harbor Bay resort or Margaritaville resort next year. Walking through puddles on cement with a cane and bone cancer twice a day is terrifying.
