Will always stay here in Fort Lauderdale.
The checkin was easy for my whole family (3 rooms) The hotel even provided a room for early check in for my son's family that had taken the red eye and arrived way before normal check in time. The restaurant and Bar was good and service there was great. Free breakfast was crowded, but the food was good. thanks for the great service. See you in April.

Very clean and all staff good except one female staff who answers the phone. This staff person was very hard to hear on the phone and was rude. I don't know if I was on speaker phone or what. I could hear all of the other staff that answered the phone just fine. I spoke with her when I called for my ride from the cruise ship. I was outside in the rain and the wind. It was very frustrating. I called from the room to schedule a ride for the next day and agai

The woman checking me in had no training as to how to do the job. It took over 25 minutes to check in with a prepaid reservation. The layout of the hotel was poor with multiple buildings, outdoor elevator, and poor directions to my room. The TV remote did not work. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because of a fire in the kitchen. The "free" shuttle to the port was only for the early morning and cost an additional $20 for 2 people late morning. Will never stay there again.
