My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the end of our 17 day vacay. We needed a place to stay before our flight home. This place was a gem, and so were the lovely people working there. Joi was friendly and helpful, he gave us an early check in, the room was immaculate, spacious, and well set up. The pool was heated, sunshine or shade, pool furniture was lovely and comfy, we felt spoiled, safe, and happy! The restaurants nearby were a bonus, and the beach was a very short little walk! There is a little bar in the pool area which wasn’t open during our stay, but we didn’t mind that. Everything else exceeded our expectations. Thank you Julie and Joi for taking such good care of us!!

Amazing location, 2 blocks away from beach access and 2 blocks away from the Pier and all the restaurants. Heated pool is very nice to come back to after swimming in the ocean, swimming at night is nice as the water is very warm. New hotel so the beds are very comfortable, towels are thick and washrooms/shower area is very clean and modern. First time ever at a hotel that i see staff sweeping and cleaning the parking lot, all areas are bright and very clean. Hotel has about 30 rooms so its not extremely busy or crowded. Staff are very friendly and are eager to offer suggestions on activities, restaurants etc. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff. Extremely clean. Our room was ready 3 hours earlier than expected! We were offered complimentary happy hour alcoholic beverages and homemade Stromboli. Everyone was so friendly and offered great suggestions for dinner and exploring. Beach is very close and the neighborhood has nice shops and restaurants.

This new hotel was great. Super clean and staff very helpful, especially Julian :) Everything was perfect. They loaned us beach chairs from clients who donated them to the hotel. I really appreciated this. Coffee every morning in the reception was very nice, and water bottles that we can take also from their fridge. I had some ice packs, the staff let me store them in their mini freezer, thank you for that. They have a laundry room for guests with modern appliances, very nice. Payment super easy. Provided beach towels. We just had to buy a parasol for the beach at Walgreens next door for $17. Would have liked to have some meals sold on site. Maybe a snack bar at the bar/pool area with drinks also would be great in the future. A few parasols around the pool would be a nice touch. Parking was super easy and right at the hotel. Just a 3 min walk to the beach and to the little village of Laud-by-the-sea. Overall I would come back here again for sure!!!

Be prepared to pay doule what you though.
Well, to start with apparently, they checked me in incorrectly. So even though I already paid for a 2 night stay, they asked me to pay again, but this time it would just be a hold. That was a lie I was charged twice. My credit card recognized it as fraud. And that card had to be canceled.So while on vacation, I didn't have a card that was able to work. I caused so many problems. Upon checking in, I was told that I would also be charged for parking my car. Which is fine, I get it. However, when all of this went down and they kept my money, I simply asked in return. Can you waive the parking fee and I was told no. All of this inconvenience and they couldn't even waive a thirty dollar fee?! It took so much effort to get my money that they shouldnt have charged me anyway i think its better you stay somewhere else
