Warning! There is nobody working on-site here from the company - you are completely on your own! Example - on the 3rd day after our arrival, the outside barbecue area was finally stocked with propane, but was promptly locked with padlocks at 7pm - locking people inside that were barbecuing (!). They had to crawl over a fence to get out, because, of course, there is nobody working on-site to help or respond. A very unsafe environment!

We really enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion is to please put a full length mirror in the bedroom and add hooks or another towel bar in the bathroom. A few more towels would have been nice too. Otherwise, extremely clean and a quiet environment.

It is an excellent location and the layout is nice. However it did not smell clean, particularly in the common rooms. Perhaps a pet had been there before. Drains in bathrooms need to be fixed

Felt very safe at this location. Unit was very spacious. Communication was excellent when I found a broken door on the kitchen cabinet they were going to send someone but I asked if it could wait until we checked out. We would stay here again.

Close to many great spots,if you have a car. Transit system is close by though.gated community is quite and feels safe. internet was over 800 mps.fast enough for anything you need to do.

Very good and clear communication from the team for check-in, the apartment was not as clean as I expected, there are rooms that need maintenance and/or better cleaning. Check-out is at 11am but we had the cleaning team knocking on the door from 1 hour before and they stayed all the time waiting for us to leave (we left at 1020am) it was a little uncomfortable. In general it is a very nice place, close to the beaches and convenient if you have small kids for the washer / dryer and full kitchen.

A Gem by Hollywood Beach & Boardwalk!

The place was wonderful- it’s a real 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment home with a lovely kitchen, living room, raised counter/bar for eating…living room, and a kitchen table! Fully equipped with plates, pots, pans and silverware! If only the small siren attached to the dryer wouldn’t have gone off- it would have been perfect. But Customer Service got someone in to fix it. It went off again the next day without provocation. Finally, a maid explained that I could remove a magnetic disc from the dryer, which solved the problem! We were able to bike to the boardwalk, which is less than a mile away! It’s also dog friendly! This was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed for vacation in years. You should try it! We will def make a return visit at some point!

The only thing I can say is the shower curtain needs to be replaced, and the electrical outlets weren't working except for two. Otherwise the place was great!
