Fantastic stay! Pool wasn’t open due to the hurricane, but that didn’t bother us a bit. Would absolutely recommend staying here and will stay here again. Room was VERY clean and loved our balcony.

Did like the layout of the resort. Only got to stay 1 day because of Milton. Staff was very helpful when we had to leave. Wished we could have stayed our full stay. We will be back. Only thing is the room felt small for 3 of us staying there.

I like the larger tv I think the water pressure in the shower could be better One restaurant was close and another hard to get to without getting soaking wet the place is nice but could improve for the ultimate customer experience

Actually it was Expedia that assigned a parallel double booking to me. I thought it was solved. But this was not the case when we arrived. There was lots of confusion. I’m not sure the facility was suitable for an 80 years old with my medical problems. I had no idea how it worked. This is not clear. I would have preferred a more conventional beach hotel.

We arrived the day the resort was getting hit with a Cat 3 hurricane and we were the only building on the island that never lost power or internet. The staff was staying at the resort to ensure their guests were taken care of during the hurricane. It was as comfortable as you can get during a situation like this. They were amazing!! The only thing I don’t like about this resort is that it cost $40 day to park even if your a guest at the hotel.
