I spent 5 wks Enjoying this condo with my 95yr Old mom last year. We loved it so much, we booked again for this year. Unfortunately, my mom passed in Jan. and my husband Is critically ill/ hospice and needs 24/7 cares. Needless to say, going on vacation was up in the air for me, right to the last. Grief and “caregiver burnout” have been some of the hardest things I’ve had to endure, but staying in this condo has been a Blessing beyond words! I cannot say enough great things about the owner Tom and how he responded to each and every request/ need I had. He accommodated in every way possible to ensure I was able to have my stay in his condo. Tom showed so much Grace to myself and my family, he’s very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns and always goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything it’s promised to be. The condo is very comfortable, decorated nice/ cute and has most everything you’ll need. The pool is just steps outside the patio door, very clean, the grounds are beautiful and has a safe feel about the community circle of condos. The beautiful beach is w/ in walking distance and it’s not far to go for pretty much anything you’re looking for. I love the location, love the condo and thank the Chapman’s for sharing it! I’ve already booked it for next year and can’t wait to go back!!

A month in Miramar Beacn/Destin
My husband and I rented the condo for the month of February and we loved the experience so much, we have already booked for a month next year. It’s only 3 blocks from the beach and Pompano Joe’s, the most popular restaurant/bar on the beach front.

Perfect location!
Smooth process from start to finish. Great place to stay! Kids loved having access to both pools, especially having one right outside the patio. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk. Pompano Joe’s, Alvin’s, and a rolled ice cream shop were all within walking distance as well so we really didn’t even need to use our cars to drive anywhere. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great Location
Very clean, great location as you can walk to the beach and restaurants (we had a rental car which made it even more convenient). The pool is literally 20 yards away - you just walk out the back door of the condo right to the pool. Getting in and out of the property is very easy. The condo owner (Tom) was great and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

We love Crystal Village
We stay at Crystal Village every year we visit Miramar. This was our 1st stay at the Thomas’s property & everything about it was great. The communication between the property manager was above superb. The condo was clean & had everything we needed. I think It’s safe to say, we will be back nxt year.

Love this Place!
My 95yr old mom and I stayed for 5 weeks. We had family visit a few different times and it was perfect. Tom was very quick to respond to any questions and/ or concerns. The unit is very comfortable and we loved the decorating. The grounds are well kept, pool right there and the beautiful Miramar beach a cpl blocks away. I’ve already booked it for 5 wks next year, and can’t wait to go back!!

This condo was absolutely amazing. The condo was even better than I expected. The view from the porch to the pool is beautiful. The owners were very nice, we had an issue with WiFi and they got us fixed quickly. It was two blocks from the beach, it would be an easy walk, but NOT with 2 little ones. We will definitely come back.

Very clean and enjoyable stay
Overall, we had a fantastic time! We checked in to a very clean apartment. It worked perfect for our family of 2 couples and 1 teenager. The apartment is only a 7 -10 min walk to the beach! Also, having a pool in the center of the property was very nice as well. We would definitely stay again!

AWESOME location and very CLEAN.
I will stay here again next time I come back to Destin. This place was perfect for what we needed it for. We brought our waverunner so staying right on the beach was not a necessity. HOWEVER, it's a very short walk. Great place. Didn't wanna leave. Very relaxing condo. Thanks!

****First of all, the property Mgr Mr Chapman was very responsive 1. Sleeper sofa filth(hair/food) I cleaned it with microban 2. No kitchen trashbags as advertised…We bought some… which wasn’t a big deal 3. Only One tissue per Bath. We bought more 4. No towels or washcloths.. called Mr Chapman he had me look in dryer. FOUND THEM!!! we rewashed them and discovered the dryer will not dry that many towels… cleaning staff washed all towels together including dish towels(ugh) put them in dryer ( more than a dozen). That dryer will only dry small loads. 5. The laundry room smelled like Urine…suggest cleaning staff throw those old mops away and use disposable mop pads like Swifter Wet Jet…. So much more sanitary ****loved being across from heated pool **** loved tile floors…. So glad NO CARPETS*** ***not far from Pompano Joe’s and beach

The grounds of this community were absolutely beautiful. The condo itself, was well stocked with the necessities needed for cooking and bathing. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely helpful. The only downside for us, was the around the pool area does not have enough shaded areas and people are planting their coolers and towels on these 2 tables that do have umbrellas, but never don't show up for hours. I will say, the owner of this Condo is an excellent person to rent from. He is ready, willing and able to solve any problem for you!
