Hidden Beach Villas 106, a first floor unit has lots to offer. The back patio has a spacious commons area with barbecue grills and is just steps away from the pool and the beach is directly across 30A. This is the perfect complex for a small family looking for an enjoyable, inexpensive vacation. It sleeps up to 4 with a queen murphy / wall bed and queen sofa sleeper.

Beach Access:
From the west end of the complex, head across 30A via Pelayo Avenue. Across 30A and down the boardwalk is your beach access.

Hidden Beach Villas:
Hidden Beach Villas is a lovely beach condominium located steps to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip in the community pool. Or cook a special meal on one of the community grills. For added convenience, there is a laundry facility on site with coin operated washers and dryers. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

It was a little outdated and not as clean as it could’ve been. The power went out for a few hours but other than that it was a good location and trip for our family

It was clean had everything we needed beautiful beach right across the street. 20 minute walk to seaside shops and eateries. Small things that need a attention small burner on electric stove is not level, hall 2 bulb light one bulb would flicker some time but these item did not cause any problems.

The location is absolutely excellent!!! Though, we were shocked when we first entered the room: it was very dark, very ugly furniture (I am ok with cheap, but there is a lot of unnecessary bad taste), and no bedrooms!! We all slept together in the living room on extendable sofa and beds coming out of closets.. No privacy at all! The curtains in the barrooms were completely ripped and there were sand all over our bed before we even had opened it up : / To top it all they we got woken up by a girl at 6:30am the day of our departure. The check out is at 10:00am, but someone had the code open and cane in like it was her house. 😳

I wish the blinds opened b/c it was dark in the room. The bathroom was nice, but I would suggest a bath mat in the tub so no one will fall. It has a great pool and an easy walk to the beach.

We needed a clean base of operations for a long beach weekend that allowed us to prepare our own meals and was walkable/bikeable to the beach and other attraction. This place checked all the boxes. The beds were comfortable and we had all the dishware and cookware we needed. And, most importantly, it was cool and quiet and clean. We've stayed in many places in the Fort Walton Beach area and others in FL and often deal with bugs at least a little; we never saw one in this condo whatsoever. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

The space was enough. Needs updating. The stove was precarious to cook on and the oven didnt work. Additionally the remote for the TV did not work. It smelled like people smoked in the room.
