El Matador 350 - Fifth floor unit

This unit is one of the few units at El Matador that has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the end of Building 3 on the 5th floor, You can see the Gulf from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds with a sofa sleeper in the living room for extra guests. Beautifully decorated and well equipped, this unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
