Over all this condo was bright with easy location. We found dirty linen in the bathroom and bugs in the kitchen. My big problem was holding your breath on the elevator it should have an air freshener or fan it stinks! Also the elevator door needs servicing vibrates the bed when opening and closing!

Very nice, with a few things that need attention

We like the location of the unit. It's a good size for 2 people. A few things need your attention. 1. The unit needs to be treated for bugs. There were ants, cockroaches, and a couple of other critters. 2. The hair dryer in the bathroom next to the bedroom doesn't work. 3. the toaster knob is missing. 4. the coffee pot lid falls off.

Average place but way TOO MANY FEES

The condo was not as pictured. The deck is very small and jets out so there is no privacy. The unit is very outdated but we stayed on beach so it was ok. You got the beach chair deal ONLY if u went down first to reserve your chair. Not as described. Also had a patio door company come and repair even though we had no issue. We were told someone before us had complained so they chose OUR week to come and fix. This put us out for almost half a day as we were not going to leave three men in condo unsupervised. Lucky I got the call they were coming bc they had an agenda whether I was in the condo or not. Overall for the price I would stay elsewhere. There are plenty of condos without ALL these rediculous service and cleaning fees

Ft Walton Beach Princess Island

6th floor with a magnificent view of the Gulf. Located by elevator but while we were there very quiet. Clean unit however for the owner they need to know that the hallway toilet is very loud when flushed, bedroom carpet could be replaced, hallway title looks like water damage and grout is coming up and bathroom shower curtain hooks need replaced. Minor issues but if left unattended will become major. Overall a very nice unit and would visit again.

Absolutely Perfect Location, View, Cleanliness, Friendliness!

As soon as I booked the condo, I started receiving helpful communications to make sure we were ready for our stay before we even arrived. The day of check in, we received a call and a text letting us know the entry code and that the condo was available early - wish we had been able to take advantage but we were on the road. We arrived very late after dark and everything was easy-breezy...parking tags already received via email, parking space for the unit available, and trollies to carry all of our stuff up on the elevator. The beds were super comfy and kitchen fully stocked. The entire condo was cozy and wired for work/school/entertainment. The next morning, we were delighted with our spectacular view...was a sweet spot, right in the middle of the building with a curved balcony right over the pool and on the beach! Everything was nice and clean, the condo, the elevators, the pool area, the shower area on the deck to the beach, & the beach itself. The best part was we could go straight downstairs and walk right out onto the beach! We had beach service too and the attendants were super sweet! The best part of all....LOCATION...smack dab in the middle of the most beautiful white sand beach with striking emerald waves...that's where we spent most of our time! NOT overcrowded, which is why we picked it based on other reviews. More on location - so many things so close by: any cuisine you want, shops, the Boardwalk, patios, fast food, fine dining...all the things! Instead of spending $70 - 150 at Alvin's on boogie boards, we found a Walmart 4 miles away for $15 boards. It stormed the 2nd morning so we took a little trip down the road to the the US Air Force Armament Museum - pretty neat! When the red flags disappeared, we played in the most fabulous rolling and crashing waves! Too sad we had to check out the next morning - we were not ready to leave - next time we will book this sweet spot for a lot longer!

Emerald coast!!

Communication was great! The property was good, not perfect! If you’re looking for perfect, this isn’t it. That said it was perfect enough for us, at a great price. The location put us within 12 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go! Beautiful views of the Gulf, heated pool, and updated appliances! We will rent again. (This was our 1 year anniversary)

Overall stay was great - property was as advertised - really liked having beach chairs provided. Would have liked having some sort of way to communicate issues discovered upon arrival to ensure we wouldn't be held liable. There was a crack in the bottom shelf of the refrigerator, the floor in the hallway had loose tiles, the entry door jamb was cracked in the lower right hand side and the kitchen light ballast is going out (light didn't always turn on ) These items certainly weren't show stoppers or interfere with our vacation but would have liked to have noted them on arrival
