I have AT&T and couldn't get any cellular service at the property, but that was only a problem because the internet service was absolutely terrible. I was getting 1 to 2 mbps max on the Marriott internet service. The whole point of staying there was so I could take some morning business meetings while traveling, and that turned out not to be possible at this property. I won't stay at this property again. Other than that, it's a very clean hotel, great area, thoughtfully designed, feels safe.

No aloft hotel (motel)
Well when I pulled up i saw the sign on the hotel but when I went into the lobby the desk clerk didn't speak good english. Your hotel didn't look like any hotel I've ever seen so i ask was this the motel and she said no down the street but GPS said we are there. After driving around it a few time i went back in and ask she said yes hotel but before I had ask questions if we were in the right place but then it was no. Now we are able to check in. As far as the room it was fine. I would only say when you arrive there the clerk should say the name hotel aloft an just check if you have a reservation there. Also the clerk needs to tell you if you have breakfast because she didn't tell me and i got ready to go and didn't get to eat there before I left.

Check in was good, friendly staff, great wine. Room on the 1st floor was extremely cold, window facing front and tile floors could have something to do with it. I felt the bedding was not as clean, dingy, appears rushing when making up room, comforter tags were at top. Check out was easy. Lovely hotel need new bedding

We have stayed at many alofts. This particular time wasn’t great but overall they’re usually wonderful. Our room was dirty, lots of hair. And our AC didn’t work. They offered to move us rooms but just inconvenient.

The Firepit doesn’t work. And staff said it’s been broken for a while. It was leaking propane the entire time. Also I told the Bartender to start me a Tab and I asked if she had Corona. She said yes. After my wife and I drank them and asked for more the Bartender said she was out. This was only about 15 minutes from when she told me she had it. You guys probably lose a lot of revenue there without knowing it. The night clerk was amazing but the rest of the staff was obviously just there for a check.
