Relax with the whole family at this peaceful property just outside Dallas/Ft Worth. This delightful home sleeps up to 8 and boasts comfy living spaces, a spacious kitchen, and a backyard pool. Mansfield offers the best of both worlds in being close to the big city, minutes from stores and dining, and yet maintaining a small town feel with friendly neighbors and easy to navigate streets. 35 minutes to DFW airport, 25 minutes to Six Flags, 40 minutes to downtown Dallas, 20 minutes to Midlothian and Waxahatchie.

The space
The POOL! The pool is a salt water system and is surrounded by a security fence. It is deepest in the middle at just under 6 ft. The pool is temperature controled to 85 degrees. If the outside temperature drops below 45 degrees the pool heat pump will not be able to keep up. Much of the year the pool is swimable but there are some days (especially in December-February where it is too cold.)
PLEASE NOTE that there is a security camera by the back door that covers the patio and pool area. This is for liability reasons and checking up on our maintenance crews but is not monitored on a regual basis.

The livingroom was designed with comfort in mind with a cozy sectional and a 74" smart TV with Netflix provided. The dining room has seating for 8. The kitchen is stocked with basic amenities and there is bar seating at the island. Off the kitchen is a nice sitting area with a wood burning fireplace and couch. The two player arcade has a huge assortment of games for you to enjoy.
Also on the main floor is a small laundry room and a half bath.

**All the bedrooms are on the second floor** as well as the office (also the 4th bedroom) and the main bathroom. The office has a desk and a day bed with a trundle. The office is open to the livingroom below. The primary bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, and a large onsuite bathroom with a large tub as well as a shower. The two secondary bedrooms have queen beds.

We have 1 gig ethernet connection throughout the house.

The house has been recently updated with guest comfort in mind, including flooring on the second level, fresh paint in many areas, heat pump for pool, and other minor upgrades.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television with Netflix is provided, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected.

First, communication with the property manager was EXCELLENT! Overall impression of the property was favorable. Would definitely recommend this property if your wanting to be within a short driving distance to ATT stadium and the Ft. Worth area. Note: driveway in the online listing is nowhere near that long. (not a game changer!)

The host was rude, the door would not work half the time. Upon arrival the house was dirty, the pool was dirty, hair in the sink, wrappers underneath the bed. No help at all then wanted money for 2 service dogs which was asked about prior to stay. Tried to be reasonable but would not be reasonable.

Booked this house on my family trip to see a Rangers game, this property was a short drive to globe life stadium! We are a family of 5 and there was more than enough room for us! Nice kitchen. There was a small hiccup in the beginning, but communication with the property owner was fast and issue was taken care of! Really like this place will definitely book again’!

Christy’s home has everything you need for a great stay. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials, towels, and pool toys/floats. We had a small issue with the lock on the front door, but Christy immediately answered my call and fixed the issue. Check in and check out was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We come down yearly to the area where we used to live to golf and go to some baseball games. We loved the pool as a chance to cool off from the heat. Great few days and way better than a hotel to us. Will return next year hopefully.

Didn’t want to leave!
Perfect for the weekend and wished we could’ve stayed longer! We were in town for a local wedding and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. So happy we found this place. It was SUPER CLEAN, modern, well decorated, in a nice neighborhood, great location. All of the beds were comfy, the living room was great to relax in, the kitchen area was large and stocked with cookware, the pool was great for my 8 year old niece. Really enjoyed our stay. Zero complaints.
