Employees at front desk were enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. They are a real asset. Only complaint is there was no bedding in the suite for the pullout bed. Had to sleep with no covers. Also, no supplies in the kitchen, no towels or soap. No supplies in closet except pillows. Not what was mentioned in room description online. Hotel is very squeezed into the block and poorly marked.

When I arrived to the property I was told I had selected a handicapped room which I did not. She tried to say that Expedia chose it for me which they did not. I know what I selected when getting the room. She was quick to say there were no more rooms so we were stuck. The handicapped room view outside is so bad. It’s just a tiny window with a view of a tiny alley. What a way to celebrate a birthday.

The valet parking excellent!! Staff very professional and nice. Happy hour Exceptional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The rooms are a little outdated tub had stains ,broken phone socket other than that I would recommend and stay every time I’m in the area.

Embassy Suites has the BEST complimentary breakfast! Homemade pancakes and omelets in addition to a full buffet. Beagles were soft and fresh. Rooms were spacious and clean. Super close (walking) to shopping, too.

The hotel breakfast area was full of fruit flies. The breakfast staff did not keep the dishes clean and had to put out plastic ware after complaints. I personally gave them bowls from the cereal station that had dish water and food in the stack of bowls. Our hotel room shower was running the entire time with a loud drip. No matter how much we turned the water off, it still dripped. Parking was 45/day when other parking decks were 20/day for overnight. The parking was not clearly defined prior to booking.

The refrigerator in my room did not work. All of my food from the night before was ruined. The phone did not work properly so I couldn't call the front desk. HOWEVER the front desk staff both at evening check-in and morning check out were amazing. The evening reception bartender was phenomenal!! The breakfast buffet staff was rude and impolite. (All spoke Spanish and talked rather than helping guest at omelet station) The eggs on the buffet were undercooked. When I spoke to a kitchen manager walking around regarding the eggs, she told me, "Lots of people say that. Oh well. Someone will eat them!" None of the food temperature was properly heated. The health department should definitely be involved. The manager was very unprofessional and the eggs definitely weren't safe to eat.

Staff was wonderful, we were there for taekwondo during a busy day weekend of July 4th and comic con- check in was a little snafu but it was handled quickly and the front desk was great, limited Starbucks coffee bar was awesome, loved our little suite, breakfast is a great selection! Breakfast alone made us choose this hotel because of the early sparring matches we had it was great we didn’t have to go running around looking for food to feed kids who were about to spar at 6am. Pool was a little small def more so for like 3-4 families to enjoy at a time, The Texas bbq shrimp from the hotel restaurant is AMAZING everything was walkable and safe honestly for the room, the breakfast and the option of some Starbucks coffee alone made this so worth every dollar! Friendly staff
