Very nice hotel, it should be more secured!! Several kids let us know they weren’t staying there, but were utilizing the pool & basketball count…one even stole my steak out the lobby 😂😂😂 i mean that’s okay! But definitely need to be more secured for paying individuals

Overall it was a good stay for the price. It for sure needs some cosmetic improvements. Lights were hanging out of the wall and the water pressure was not good. Carpets in the room were square stick together patches that were coming up. It was very warm in the halls and only 1 elevator worked. The beds are nice and comfortable plenty of sleeping area for our group of 5.. Staff were very friendly.

AWFUL!
At 10:22pm, the gentleman from the front desk attempted to gain access to my room. He would have been able to get in if the latch was not secured. When I opened the door, he was down the hall and told me "I'm the guy from the front desk". No apology or explanation was given. Bathtub faucet ran all night- could not shut off. No back to remote so I had to push the batteries in to use the remote. Pool area was trashed after party last night.

The rooms were dirty. The floor in our room was wet & sticky. The whole place smelled weird. A creepy man followed us to the elevator inside the hotel & when we got on, he left. No bedding for the pullout couch. Had to go downstairs to get some and was told they were out of pillows and gave us the last set of sheets and a thin blanket, neither which fit the mattress. 2 of the outside doors would not open with our room keys. Only one elevator worked but guess we should be grateful that at least it did. Best part of the stay was the breakfast. Rooms were way to expensive for what we received. Half the lights in the hallway on our floor were either burned out or flickering. The entire hotel was way too hot! Our room never cooled off. Fridge smelled weird too. I mean, what more can I say? Definitely will not be staying here again. 👎

The property didn’t have enough towels for guests. The ironing board was broken. Hallways are hot. Pool wasn’t available for the two days we were booked. No fan in the restroom to extract the humidity when showering. One person taking care of guest on Saturday. Not a good experience. We either had to wait for things we needed or didn’t get by them at all. First and last time we stay there.

The property is clearly located in a high crime, high narcotic use area. Thinking that since it was a Hilton it was a safe choice. Boyyyyy was i wrong. Meth/Crack heads walking the street. The area was horrible. The room description stated Double Room King Bed, so we assumed there would be two rooms with a king bed. That was not the case at all. It is one room with 1 king bed and a pull out sofa. Upon check in we are told the pool was open because we had 4 kiddos with us. People even came in needing towels for the pool. Later that evening there was a sign on the pool that said closed for the season. I spoke with two different people about the pool one said he did not know why the pool was closed and the other said it was closed because it needed to be inspected by the city. I am a Hilton member and have stayed at a lot of Hilton properties but this one is by far the worst. The only good thing i can say is that the front desk person was very polite and the breakfast was decent.
