Pros: - Spacious Room: Included a living room with a couch. - Professional Staff: Friendly and accommodating. - Convenient Location: Right by the freeway and 5 minutes from Walmart. - Included Breakfast: Offered pre-made waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, and juice. Cons: - Breakfast Issues: Ran out of food, plates, and plasticware. - Room Cleanliness: Items left in the refrigerator and an unclean tub. - Bed Comfort: Lumpy with a dip in the middle. Suggestions for Management: - Breakfast Supply: Ensure additional breakfast items are available during large group reservations to prevent running out. - Room Checks: Staff should check all appliances in the rooms. - Bathroom Cleanliness: Fully clean the bathrooms even if they seem unused. - Bedding Maintenance: Check and replace bedding more frequently to avoid major overhauls.

This hotel is dated and has a very musty smell. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall and it made it impossible to take a shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor. There was what looked like red blood on the carpet in front of the sink. Housekeeping did not clean our room and we had to go to the front desk to ask for blankets for the fold out sofa and for bath towels. Would not stay here again.

Not the good Hyatt Place known experience
Expected the good Hyatt Place experience as before in other locations. Unfortunately this property is in need to easy to notice upgrades/repairs. Rooms have stained carpet, worn sofas , discolored/ overly used duvets , and doors need refinishing. One elevator had a rug on floor where you could feel indentation of floor which could be hazardous.

My stay was great. Our room was spacious which surprised me when we walked in. The front staff was great and courteous and was very helpful. Plenty of restraunts and shopping centers near by and downtown Ft. Worth was just 15 mins away. The only thing i can say negative was our shower didn't drain properly but other than that it was a great stay and I'll definitely be back.

First room had a broken tv and they switch my room within 10 minutes. A little musty smell in hallways and room but seemed to go away when ac was turned down. Quiet hotel. Simple but good breakfast.
