This was such a a wonderful place.Location was perfect for walking to the convention center and multitudes of restaurants. Hotel is in a renovated 100 year old building. Very nice. Rooms large..unique art and atmosphere.. Safe feeling place..but the best of all the customer service..Wayne, Sean, Jessica K and Jessica M in every dealing or conversation with these individuals was so pleasurable. They represent what customer service is suppose to be. And far beyond customer service they treat you like family and friends. These people in each case went far beyond what their jobs would expect. Not just to myself but to anyone I saw them communicate with.. They truly care for each person they have in their hotel..They are a breath of fresh air in a world that has lost its ability to care about strangers .Beautiful views, wonderful art pieces..amenities are a long list..each room is setup with a mini bar and snack bar. They offered a complimentary locally made beer..They have a happy hour where they also offer a complimentary glass of wine..But again the place was perfect for comfort , location. Customer service

Loved this hotel! Rooms were clean, bed was very comfy! Everything was within walking distance and the staff was very helpful! The concierge/ clerk in the valet area downstairs went over and above to help our friends traveling with us get checked in and feel comfortable about their stay. He made all the difference in our stay! Hats off to having the best staff! We will definitely be back!

This hotel is in the best spot for hitting downtown FW. The room was awesome and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The only thing that sucks is that 4 person elevator limit which made it a little inconvenient going up and down. Everything else was super nice though

Great service, food, and overall vibe. The restaurant Il Modo was wonderful, bar staff Brad and Ariel were fabulous! Rooms were clean and comfy, with a mini fridge and steamer. Nice robes! No microwave though. Icemaker on our floor was broken but concierge brought some up when asked. Had to ask for a coffee maker setup in the room, but it was great (Nespresso). Elevators and valet took forever on Sunday morning at checkout, so get downstairs early and ask for your car before 11am. The breakfast items you can order (room service) are the same as at Il Modo but with a delivery fee, so I highly suggest going down to enjoy before the checkout rush. Luggage carts and elevators were hard to come by after 10am.

First Time at Kimpton Harper Hotel
The rooms were very clean and spacious! Staff was great, cordial, and helpful. Only reason Kimpton didn't get a 5 star rating was because of parking. There is valet available but very pricey.
