Subpar room conditions
We have been staying at this particular hotel for years and it has went down hill. The king suite living area had water damage on ceiling and walls and the air conditioner had mold in it. The bedroom had only four little bitty pillows and all were flat. The bathroom light didn’t work the shower head sprayed the ceiling and the bathroom itself was not very clean and only had two towels. The coffee maker was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned ever I don’t think. The refrigerator was not level and falling out of the hole so you had to pick it up just to open. None of the ice machines on the second floor worked. The pool was nasty dirty and had trash in it and the area around it was dirty. We will not be staying here ever again.

I liked the pool area and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was delicious. I did not like the dirty rooms when we checked in. Also I did not like the hobos around the property. If feels unsafe.

Not pleased with our stay here. Before booking the reservation we called to make sur there was parking for a tractor trailer & was told there was. When checking in the male front desk clerk was ignorant & said it needed to be parked down the road in an empty lot by some convenience store. Well, that was not going happen! There was plenty of parking & we parked over by the fire station, so we were not blocking anyone. Upon checking into the room, it smelled like mildew, there were french fries on the floor, the shower caulking was gross with mold. The next morning, we went down for breakfast, the sausage & eggs were both cold. The next morning my husband talked with the female front desk clerk about the parking issue before we booked another night & she said it was not an issue. We went to the stock yards with just the tractor & came back to find a box truck blocked our trailer. I went to the front desk & dealt with the same male again who was nothing but arrogant & smirked about the situation & told me he had over 70 rooms occupied & he wouldn't be able to find whose vehicle it was & said they don't allow big truck parking. Breakfast was cold again the next morning, pool area was dirty & most of the chairs were broken, there are multiple piles of dog poop all over the property. Won't stay here again!

We make a point of staying here when we are in the Ft. Worth area. We like the hotel very much. On our recent visit, however, we were given a handicap accessible room, which we did not request, and I could not use the shower because the water was only lukewarm and couldn’t be adjusted to warm up. The room was 109 and the shower needs some work. The knobs didn’t work right and the whole shower needs updating.

TV remotes do not work. Supposed to be a non-smoking establishment, but our first room smelled like an ashtray when we came in after checking in the first.
