Initially was give a Queen size room with 1 pillow but it was easy to change to the 2 full size beds room that was actually paid for. Kids & dog barking most of the night but we were there for a place to land for the night

Be careful. Although reservation was paid via this app. They ask for a $20 cash deposit Then in the am when you have to head to work. There is no one manning the front desk to refund said deposit. There is a disclaimer up front that if you do not clain said deposit by 11am. You lose it. Bad hustle.

Expedia failed to mention a 20 dollar deposit which put me in a dangerous situation to where I almost didn't get a room. Because of this I was very close to spending a night on the streets in the cold with the danger of physical malady.

I arrived in Dallas and checked in at 1:30 AM for my pre-booked three nights stay. I left the hotel room at 7:30am to enjoy my day and when I arrived back later that night, they had rented my room to someone else and all of my personal effects and items were missing! The front desk was absolutely no help and accused me of checking into the wrong hotel! We managed to get the manager on the phone who said that yes they checked me out of the room and that they threw all of my personal effects into the dumpster that morning, the manager even described all of my items! I asked why they wouldn’t call me (they have my phone number) they had no answers. I asked them to retrieve my personal effects from the dumpster, again with no help at all. I had to check out of that hotel because the room was a mess, my things were missing and they had no other room for me. I will never in my life go back or recommend this hotel to anyone! I now have to find out if I can be reimbursed for all of my personal things that the hotel supposedly threw away and why they would decide to check me out after one night of a three night stay. I also checked my credit card toady and once I left, they cahrged me for the full three night stay! Please avoid this Hotel like the plague, I will definitely be following up to see how I can be reimbursed for everything that the hotel decided to throw in the garbage! This takes the award for the worst hotel, and least helpful staff in the southern United States!

As soon as you walk in the door you are instantly overwhelmed with the string smell of marijuana. I was supposed to have non smoking room but literally the entire place smells awful. If you stand around for about 5 minutes in the lobby for maybe 5 minutes you will realize its a huge hang out for homeless people, some even sleeping in the lobby. Rooms are stripped down entirely. While there the police were there and a lot of shady characters. I refused to stay and they were rude and refused to refund me more then one might. Completely misreperesented when you book it! Deserves 0 stars.

This property refused me service even though I've stayed before. I let them know I had 3 cats but it would be no problem letting one of them stay with a family member so the other 2 stay free but since I told them I have 3 they wanted to charge me regardless a pet fee. (2 stay free). I asked to see the policy and they said they didn't have to show me anything and referred me to the website. I looked it up and found it and there was nothing about "if you let them know, you have to pay" so I asked again how it would make sense at all to pay for the cat that wouldn't stay anyway, and they told me to leave and that it didn't matter since I wouldn't be staying there. they were extremely rude and disgusting and not willing to work something out even after I tried to figure something out. Then someone else who has attended me prior told the person who was attending me why not and they were very nice and willing to help but the person attending me was clearly not willing to work something out. She was money hungry.

There were roaches in my room. The elevator did not work so I had to carry my stuff up two flights of stairs which he did not tell me before when I was checking in so I can request a downstairs room. The back door didn't work so I had to walk all the way around to get to my room and the guy was rude at the front desk overnight
