They wanted to charge us for breakfast everyday even though we paid upfront for 3 people even though they will giving breakfast for 2 only, no water in the room unless you pay, room service they never put coffee or cream unless you ask multiple times and one of the reason we booked this hotel was the indoor hot tub and it was out of order for 6 days we couldn’t get to use it the property was clean but customer service was not good we are not staying there again.

When we arrived the lobby is very nice and clean. But when we got the room, the first room, it was not good at all. For a suite the room only had 1 tv in the room (not 2); there was no curtain up to the big window. The room was not at all appealing. So, I went back to the front to ask for a room that was advertised. Yes, we were given a better room. A room that had the 2 tv’s, and curtains and it was clean, so we decided to stay. My sister also purchased a room as well as my military son purchased a room from this hotel.

Wouldn’t book again & I love doubletree
Elevator was not working upon checkin. Changed the type of room due to having to take stairs. The room was super out dated and old. Did not have a mirror outside in the room only a short small one in the restroom. You could hear talking outside window of the room and running / clamoring down the inside of the halls. Men talking on their phones in the hall. Seemed like working men type of hotel. Didn’t feel safe for single women travelers. The lobby and outside seemed nice but the walk down from lobby to the halls/room is super long and shady.
