The hotel staff was very friendly. Parking is a problem especially when you have to pay a fee to paper and there is no upfront parking. Also the shower wasn’t cleaned. Overall great hotel, nice accommodations/amenities.

We stayed here while attending a local conference. When booking, we knew about the extra charge for breakfast, but there was nothing about a parking charge. Being military, we have stayed at hotels around the world and were surprised at this fee, especially for this terrible location. The AC in the room was broken and sounded like an unbalanced washing machine. After calling the front desk, we were moved to a new room. The layout of the hotel is strange how the restaurant and front desk are on one side while the rooms and elevators are on the other. We have to make a lot of trips to the Fort Worth/Dallas area, but will not be staying here again. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the free cookie was decent.

The property itself is older and not well maintained, there was chipped paint throughout the facility, the staff were courteous but lacked the knowledge on how to work the facility and provide accurate feedback to the customer. Overall, I its unlikely I would stay at this location in the future.

Stayed in July. Lobby is beautiful BUT room was a different story. DIRTY. Front desk lady attitude needed much improvement to put it mildly. Unfriendly, unwilling to help, all out refused to provide an extra coffee pod or even attempt to locate one for me. I haven't had such bad customer service in a long time. I will now avoid staying at ANY DoubleTree hotels. Don't want to risk having another bad experience & not being able to get coffee for the morning ahead in a room I paid for with a coffeemaker!!! Unacceptable!
