This 5 bedroom farmhouse has a stylish yet in keeping feel and is perfect for families looking to enjoy the quint town of Fowey or a base to explore more of Cornwall.

The ground floor of the house has a large living room and beautifully appointed kitchen and dining room, with a large conservatory to the rear overlooking the farm fields. To the back of the house there is a conveniently placed laundry room and toilet room.

Upstairs boasts 5 spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with an elegant rolltop bath, the bedrooms consist of 2 double rooms, 1 king room, 1 super king room and 1 super king room with shower room.

Conveniently located on the saints way, the property is a picturesque 2 mile walk to the town centre of Fowey where you can enjoy boutique shops, pubs, restaurants, kayaking on the river, boat trips and more or 2 miles in the opposite direction you will find Polkerris beach, which boasts a watersports hire shop, pub, restaurant and stone pier.

Of course along the headland there are many more secret coves and beaches to be explored.
