Easy in and out. The sign out front says Sheraton. Half the hotel is a Fairfield in and half is a Sheraton. They share the building. The location is great, new and clean.

Obviously a newly redone facility with bright entryway, nicely stocked marketplace. My room was attractive, clean and very comfortable. One of the better hotels I have tried in the MetroWest area.

When we arrived, the bathroom in the lobby was not clean, but that was due to the fact that the whole hotel had no water and the desk staff was not aware, or didn't inform us. When we got the room, and discovered no running water, we called the front desk and then they told us. No offer of water bottles, just told us that the water should be back on in about an hour. It was, so not terrible, but they really didn't make an effort.
