The area was fantastic, very easy from the train station and 5 min to the river, the front desk staff were lovely, the house keeping could have been better, had to ask for soap and then toilet paper after it had been cleaned.

Not at good experience at all first we ask for a restroom and they don’t have a restroom in the lobby area, the carpet in are room has several stains, the shower drain was clogged, not hand soap, under the bed a lot of trash, overall the room is very old I will not recommend this hotel I’m really surprise that Ramada allow there name bean use
