Everything was great, except the rooms need some carpet cleaning done. There were large stains in the carpet. Other than that bathroom was clean and bed comfortable.

Location is great, staff is friendly and there are plenty of options for dinning and shopping around. All the Christmas are within walking distance. There are a few issues of carpet stains but overall the rooms are okay and the bed is comfortable.

Check in was great and we enjoyed our stay. The room was warm and comfortable and the pool was great. Breakfast was nothing special but filled a hole for a while. The check out was an issue, as the receptionist did not know what he was doing. It took around 30 minutes to check out, which is not ideal when our flight was at 7am!

Very dated. Listed amenities not available. Furniture old and scratched. Numerous stains on carpet. Stayed in 1 BR with kitchen. Room was dusty upon checking in. Said bathrobes provided had to ask multiple times for them until 3 days before leaving we received them. Closet door never worked and no one came to address the issue. Definitely needs an overhaul and not worth the money. Plus was walking distance to xmas markets and restaurants and other sites.

Very nice hotel and staff. Comfortable bed. Within easy, safe walking distance of the riverwalk, old town and new. Don't walk from the train station to here since there are some shady areas between train station and here, but they are far enough away from the hotel itself that I never felt unsafe.
